Abstract

Unit Pengelolaan, Pengendalian,dan Pengawasan Program (UP4) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, mempunyai tugas dalam pengendalian dan evaluasi kinerja ITS Surabaya. Unit Pengelolaan, Pengendalian,dan Pengawasan Program mempunyai tugas mengawasi dan mengendalikan implementasi program kerja ITS, serta mengelola program khusus. Dalam penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi kinerja pencapaian Laboratorium ITS, peneliti akan menggunakan metode k-means & fuzzy c-means dengan penjabaran lebih luas. Dari 2 metode yang dilakukan, hasil yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode K-Means 2 klaster lebih baik mengelompokkan kinerja laboratorium ITS dibandingkan dengan metode Fuzzy C-Means dilihat dari perbandingan nilai icdrate ataupun Silhouette Index (SI).
==================================================================================================================Unit of The Management, Control and Supervision the Program (UP4) in ITS Surabaya, has a duty in controlling and evaluating the performance of ITS Surabaya. Unit of The Management, Control and Supervision the Program has the task of supervising and controlling the implementation of ITS work program, as well as managing special programs. In this research will evaluate the achievement performance of ITS Laboratory, the researcher will use k-means & fuzzy c-means method with broader description. Of the 2 methods performed, the results obtained by using the K-Means 2 cluster method better classify the performance of ITS laboratory compared with the method of Fuzzy C-Means seen from the comparison of the value of icdrate or Silhouette Index (SI).
