Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan ditentukan oleh keberhasilan budaya organisasi (corporate culture) yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Keberhasilan mengelola organisasi tidak lagi hanya ditentukan oleh keberhasilan prinsip-prinsip manajemen saja, akan tetapi ada faktor lain yang lebih penting yaitu faktor budaya organisasi perusahaan. Maka sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui kondisi budaya perusahaan yang diterapkan oleh seluruh elemen perusahaan. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja karyawan adalah menggunakan metode umpan balik 360 derajat. Umpan balik 360 derajat adalah sistem yang mengikutsertakan penilaian orang disekitar objek yang dinilai. Pada perusahaan penilaian dapat dilakukan oleh atasan, rekan kerja dan diri sendiri. Proses penilaian budaya perusahaan pada PT. Garuda Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembar penilaian sehingga proses cukup lama dan susah untuk mengolah datanya. Selain itu proses penilaian sangat subjektif karena hanya dilakukan oleh atasan saja. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian tugas akhir ini akan dikembangkan sistem penilaian penerapan nilai budaya perusahaan berdasarkan metode umpan balik 360 derajat. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan menggunakan prototyping model. Metode pengembangan prototyping model berfokus pada mendengarkan kebutuhan pengguna dan dilanjutkan dengan proses implementasi pengkodean dan evaluasi secara berulang Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi penilaian penerapan nilai budaya perusahaan (Sincerity) dengan metode umpan balik 360 derajat berdasarkan kebutuhan Unit Corporate Culture Management PT. Garuda Indonesia. ========================================================= Employee productivity is determined by the success of corporate culture (corporate culture) owned by the company. The success of managing the organization is no longer determined solely by the success of the management principles alone, but there is another factor that is more important is the organizational culture factor of the company. Therefore it is important for the company to know the condition of corporate culture applied by all elements of the company. One way that can be used to assess employee performance is to use a 360-degree feedback method. 360-degree feedback is a system that includes the judgment of people around the assessed object. In the assessment company can be done by superiors, co-workers and yourself. The process of corporate culture assessment at PT. Garuda Indonesia is still done manually using the assessment sheet so that the process is long and hard to process the data. In addition, the assessment process is very subjective because it is only done by the boss only. Therefore, in this final project will be developed appraisal system application of corporate culture value based on 360 degree feedback method. Application development method used prototyping model. The prototyping model development method focuses on listening to user needs and is followed by repeated coding and evaluation process implementation The final result of this research is the application of appraisal application of corporate culture value (Sincerity) with 360 degree feedback method based on the needs of Corporate Culture Management Unit PT. Garuda Indonesia.
