Abstract

Microgrid merupakan sistem energi listrik yang
menggunakan berbagai energi terbarukan sebagai sumbernya.
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi microgrid, muncullah berbagai
pemikiran tentang efisiensi energi dan penyimpanan energi pada
sistem kelistrikan microgrid. salah satu metode efisiensi energi yang
dapat digunakan yaitu conservation voltage reduction (CVR). CVR
merupakan metode yang diharapkan dapat menghemat energi
dengan cara menurunkan level tegangan dari suatu jaringan
distribusi kelistrikan. Dalam pengoperasiannya, CVR memiliki
beberapa metode implementasi, salah satunya yaitu dengan line
drop compensation (LDC). Fungsi dari line drop compensation
adalah memodelkan resistansi dan reaktansi total dari transformator
hingga pusat beban pada suatu saluran distribusi, yang kemudian
akan digunakan untuk memantau nilai arus beban serta menjaga
profil tegangan agar tetap sama dengan profil tegangan yang
diinginkan. Bagaimanapun terdapat beberapa peralatan tenaga listrik
yang menjaga masukan energinya agar tetap konstan, salah satu
caranya yaitu dengan menaikkan nilai arus listrik, dimana hal ini
mengakibatkan meningkatnya nilai rugi-rugi pada saluran. Oleh
karena itu diperlukan suatu analisa dan perhitungan guna
mengetahui seberapa efektif metode conservation voltage reduction
(CVR) dalam penghematan konsumsi energi listrik.

Microgrid is an electrical energy system that uses a variety
of renewable energy as a source. With the development of microgrid
technology, comes a variety of ideas about energy efficiency and
energy storage in electrical microgrid system. One method that can
be used is conservation voltage reduction (CVR). CVR is a method
that is expected to save energy by lowering the voltage level of an
electricity distribution network. In operation, the CVR has several
methods of implementation, one of which is the line drop
compensation (LDC). The function of line drop compensation is to
model the resistance and reactance of the transformer to the center
of the total load on a distribution system, which will then be used to
monitor the value of the load current and voltage in order to keep
the profile remains the same with the desired voltage profile.
However, there are some electrical power equipment that have to
keep the input energy remains constant, in order to happen, it will
increase the value of the electric current, where this has resulted in
increased losses on the distribution line. Therefore we need an
analysis and calculation to determine how effective conservation
voltage reduction (CVR) in electrical energy consumption savings
