Today, developed marine environment rules, have accommodate the probability aspect
to definite sea water quality. To help the ocean outfall planning type single buoyant jet,
it made to further modifiable to accommodate the developing of marine environment
rules. The developed software for the ocean outfall modellingis CORMIX. The
weakness of CORMIX is difficult to be modified become the probability modelling,
because there 's no source code. This final project's "The Developing !of Software For
The Ocean Outfall Modelling Type Single Buoyant Jet" will produte a visual basic
programme that will make the user easy to modelling ocean outfall type single buoyant
jet. This final project's also will be modelling three distribution are~, there are : near
field, intermediate region, and far field. The speciality from this software is two
dimension modelling otherwise CORMIX has one dimension modelling. The other
speciality is the differencesof the concentration for each dots. ln CORMIX has the same
concentration. The output of this software are form the plume widered waste
distribution grafic and maximum concentration grafic. From the case study's data "
Terra Nova, Jakarta Chanell, and B Plant Shallow Water" , it ha1e analized with
software ocean outfall.exe. and forvalidation it will compare to last research, it was
CORMIX (with the same data).From the analizing anddiscuss, showing that yield has
the same graficwith CORMIX analizing. Comparing evaluation for plume wide grafic
is araound 6.7 % and for the maximum concentrationgrafic (mg/1) is araound 2.7 %.
From this final project' scalculation, it could be used in analizing and to take
conclusion which equal with the given limits in this final projet' s.
