Abstract

Jumlah pengguna transportasi selalu menunjukkan peningkatan setiap tahun yang menyebabkan konsumsi terhadap BBM pun meningkat. Salah satu cara untuk memenuhi permintaan premium, PT. Pertamina merencanakan pembangunan kilang minyak baru di area PT. Badak NGL, Bontang. Selain itu, akan dibangun juga beberapa titik fasilitas lepas pantai untuk menunjang kapasitas kilang, salah satunya adalah island berth.
Pembangunan dermaga island berth untuk kapal tanker 165.000 DWT dimulai dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisa data-data yang dibutuhkan yang kemudian, dari data tersebut, dievaluasi layout perairan dan layout dermaga (yang meliputi loading platform, breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin, dan catwalk). Baru kemudian di rencanakan detail struktur dermaga, metode pelaksanaan, dan rencana anggaran biaya.
Hasil dari perencanaan struktur island berth 165.000 DWT berupa loading platform (33 x 25 m2), breasting dolphin (11 x 10,5 m2), mooring dolphin 8 x 8 m2), dan catwalk (20,4 m, 26 m, 30 m). Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan menggunakan metode in-situ (in place). Dan dengan estimasi biaya Rp. 228.341.357.900 (Dua ratus dua puluh delapan miliar tiga ratus empat puluh satu juta tiga ratus lima puluh tujuh ribu sembilan ratus rupiah).

The number of transportation users always shows an increase every year which causes consumption of fuel to increase. Therefore PT. Pertamina plans to build a new oil refinery in the PT. Badak NGL, Bontang to fulfill the demand of premium. In addition, a number of offshore facilities will be built to support refinery capacity, one of which is the island berth.
Construction of the island berth for 165,000 DWT tankers begins with collecting and analyzing the data needed. Then, from that data, the water layout and jetty layout are evaluated (which includes loading platforms, breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin and catwalk). After that planned the structure detail of the jetty, the method of implementation, and the budget plan.
As a result of planning the island berth 165.000 DWT structure, obtained loading platform (33 x 25 m2), breasting dolphin (11 x 10,5 m2), mooring dolphin (8 x 8 m2), and catwalk (20,4 m, 26 m, 30 m). The implementation method used in the construction uses the in-situ (in place) method. With the estimated planned budget Rp. 228.341.357.900 (two hundred twenty eight billion three hundred fourty one million three hundred fifty seven thousand nine hundred rupiah).
