Abstract

Dalam TAP MPR No. IV/MPR/ 1978, bahwa pariwisata perlu ditingkatkan dan diperluas untuk penerimaan devisa, memperluas lapangan kerja dan memperkenalkan kebudayaan. Proses pengembangan mutu pariwisata Indonesia adalah dari pendidikan yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pariwisata. Salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pariwisata di Surabaya adalah SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Namun dalam proses pembelajaran, sarana prasarana memiliki peran penting sebagai alat pelajaran. Adapun standart ketersedian sarana prasarana pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Indonesia, No.24 tahun 2007/2008. Sarana prasarana SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya belum terorganisasi sesuai dengan kelompok ruang pembelajaran. Sehingga sirkulasi terganggu dan kecelakaan kerja. Akibatnya pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 82 peserta didik SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya tidak naik kelas dikarenakan kegagalan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya termasuk sekolah yang berpatisipasi dalam program Adiwiyata. Namun, pengembangan program Adiwiyata di SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya belum diterapkan dengan baik pada sarana prasana di SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Pemilihan konsep creative dan green menjadi solusi dari permasalahan di SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Konsep creative dipilih untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja dan menunjang sarana prasarana yang dibutukan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti menyediahkan kebutuhan layout yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran, memberikan efek psikologi positif kepada peserta didik dengan karakter warna-warna kreatif yang sesuai dengan ruang pembelajaran, menunjang kreativitas dengan fasilitas display ruang. Sedangakan. Konsep green memiliki tujuan yang sama dengan program Adiwiyata dengan mencakup mengorganisasi sarana prasarana sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mengatur sistem penghawaan, mengatur pencahayaan, mengatur penghematan energi, mengatur pemilihan material bagunan dan material furnitur yang ramah lingkungan untuk ruangan. =============================================================================== Refrence of TAP MPR No. IV/MPR/ 1978, that tourism needs be improved and expanded to foreign exchange earnings, expanding employment and to introduce the culture. As a result in 2017 as many as 82 students of SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya has failing a grade due to failure in the learning process. In addition, SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya including schools that participated in the Adiwiyata program. However, development of the Adiwiyata program in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya has not been applied well on infrastructure in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Selection of the concept of a creative and green solution to the problems at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. The concept of creative selected to minimization of workplace accidents and to support the infrastructure that has required of learners in the learning process, as it provides the needs of a layout the needs of learning, giving the effect of positive psychology to the learners with the characters of color-creative color of the learning space, to support creativity with facility of display space. While the concept of green has the same purpose with the Adiwiyata program to include organizing infrastructure the needs, organize a system of ventilation, set the lighting, set energy-saving, set the material building and furniture material, eco-friendly to the room.
