Abstract

Charger merupakan peralatan pengisi energi listrik untuk
baterai kendaraan. Charger sangat penting dalam menunjang
perkembangan industri kendaraan listrik. Performa charger yang baik akan mendukung ketersediaan energi untuk kendaraan listrik yang ada. Performa dan keselamatan peralatan charger dapat diperoleh dengan melakukan pengecekan dan pengujian berdasarkan standar. Oleh karena itu, sebelum melakukan pengecekan dan pengujian perlu dilakukan penyusunan standar uji untuk performa dan keselamatan peralatan charger. Standar yang menjadi acuan dalam penyususnan standar uji merupakan standar nasional dan standar internasional. Peralatan charger yang digunakan pada sistem pengisian baterai di workshop MOLINA ITS diuji berdasarkan standar yang telah disusun. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian dan pengecekan peralatan charger dibandingkan dengan ketentuan pada standar yang telah disusun. Sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan standar tetapi terdapat beberapa peralatan yang tidak memenuhi standar kelengkapan operasi sesuai dengan standar yang telah disusun. ===============================================================================================
Charger is an electrical supply equipment for vehicle batteries. Chargers are very important in supporting the development of the electric vehicle industry. A good charger performance will support the availability of energy for existing electric vehicles. The performance and safety of the charger equipment can be obtained by checking and testing based on the standard. Therefore, before checking and testing the performance of the charger it is necessary to prepare the standards for the performance and safety test of the charger. Standards that become references in the formulation of test standards are national standards and international standards. The charger equipment used in battery charging system in the MOLINA ITS workshop is tested based on the standards that have been prepared. The results that obtained from testing and checking the charger equipment compared with the provisions of the standards that have been prepared. Most of them are in accordance with the standards but there are some equipment that do not meet the standard of operation in accordance with the standards that have been prepared.
