Abstract

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) atau kompatibilitas elektromagnetik merupakan kemampuan perangkat atau sistem elektronik agar berfungsi dengan baik di lingkungan elektromagnetik dan tidak menginterferensi sistem atau perangkat yang ada di sekitarnya. Sejak tahun 2011, Indonesia disiapkan untuk menerapkan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) untuk EMC pada peralatan elektronik rumah tangga. Kompatibilitas elektromagnetik dapat diuji di sebuah situs uji salah satunya semi anechoic chamber. Untuk mendapatkan hasil uji yang sesuai dengan ketentuan standar, test site atau lokasi uji yaitu semi anechoic chamber harus divalidasi. Validasi pada sebuah lokasi uji dapat dilakukan dengan pengukuran Normalized Site Attenuation (NSA) dari lokasi uji tersebut.
Salah satu lembaga penelitian di Indonesia, yaitu Balai Riset dan Standardisasi (BARISTAND) Industri Surabaya telah memiliki laboratorium EMC dengan jenis semi anechoic chamber. Sesuai dengan kebutuhan validasi lokasi uji, BARISTAND Industri Surabaya telah melakukan pengukuran NSA. Pengukuran NSA dilakukan saat laboratorium ini diresmikan yaitu tahun 2014 oleh pihak bersertifikasi dari Taiwan dan harus dilakukan dua tahun sekali untuk pengukuran NSA selanjutnya. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu tidak adanya metode pengolahan data dari pihak Taiwan untuk mendapatkan sebuah hasil grafik perbandingan nilai NSA terukur dan nilai NSA secara teori serta tidak lengkapnya langkah-langkah pengukuran NSA yang telah dirangkum oleh BARISTAND Industri Surabaya.
Oleh karena itu dilakukan pengukuran NSA dengan referensi pengukuran sebelumnya dan beberapa jurnal serta pengolahan data pengukuran melalui interpolasi menggunakan MATLAB sebab nilai NSA yang didapat dari pengukuran hanya ada di beberapa frekuensi . Semi anechoic chamber milik BARISTAND Industri Surabaya dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas situs uji di range frekuensi 150 MHz hingga 1 GHz. Maka pengujian kompatibilitas alat di frekuensi tersebut juga valid. Pengolahan data pengukuran dilakukan dengan menginterpolasi data yang hanya ada di beberapa frekuensi sesuai frequency range test CISPR 16-1-4.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is the ability of an electronic device or system to function properly in an electromagnetic environment and not interfere with systems or devices that are around it. Since 2011, Indonesia has been prepared to implement Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) for EMC in household electronic equipment. Electromagnetic compatibility can be tested on a test site, such as the semi anechoic chamber. To get the test results that are in accordance with the standard provisions, the test site or test location of the semi anechoic chamber must be validated. Validation at a test location can be done by measuring the Normalized Site Attenuation (NSA) of the test location.
One of the research institutes in Indonesia, Balai Riset dan Standardisasi (BARISTAND) Industri Surabaya has an EMC laboratory with a semi-anechoic chamber type. In accordance with the test location validation needs, BARISTAND Industri Surabaya has taken NSA measurements. NSA measurements were carried out when the laboratory was inaugurated, namely in 2014 by certified parties from Taiwan and must be conducted every two years for subsequent NSA measurements. However, there are several obstacles, namely the absence of a data processing method from Taiwan to obtain a graph comparison of measured NSA values and NSA values in theory and incomplete NSA measurement steps that have been summarized by BARISTAND Industri Surabaya.
Therefore NSA measurements are carried out with previous measurement references and several journals as well as processing measurement data through interpolation using MATLAB because the NSA values obtained from measurements only exist in several frequencies. BARISTAND Industri Surabaya's semi anechoic chamber was stated to meet acceptability criteria for test sites in the frequency range of 150 MHz to 1 GHz. Then the compatibility testing tool at that frequency is also valid. Measuring data processing is done by interpolating data that only exists on several frequencies according to the frequency range test CISPR 16-1-4.
