Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara maritim yang bagian besar dari wilayahnya merupakan laut.seluruh kegiatan pendistribusian komoditas komoditas dilakukan dilakukan melalui jalur pelayaran tanpa henti selam 24 jam. Kelancaran pendistribusian ini sangat berdampak ke pemerataan perekonomian Indonesia karena bila terjadinya hambatan pada pendistibusian kebutuhan pokok pada suatu wilayah akan menyebabkan kelangkaan suatu komoditas yang memacu kenaikan harga komoditas tersebut. banyak faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran pendistribusian barang salah satunya yaitu produktifitas bongkar muat kargo. Oleh karena itu perlunya diadakan peninjauan lebih lanjut untuk menghasilkan hasil analisa yang bisa dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan pelabuhan kedepannya. Studi ini akan menganalisa produktifitas kinerja bongkar muat di Dermaga 265 PELINDO III GRESIK dengan metode berth occupancy rate pada continuous berth. Metode tersebut akan menghasilkan output persentase keproduktifitasan dermaga tersebut sehingga dapat diketahui kondisi produktifitas terkini.kemudian diramalkan dengan metode regresi linier sehingga dapat ditinjau arus bongkar muat kedepannya.terakhir ialah dengan mensimulasikan skenario skenario yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi dan regulasi PELINDO III cabang Gersik dan hasil simulasi yang paling efektif yaitu penambahan kapasitas tambat 3 kapal.

Indonesia is a maritime country with a large portion of its territory constituting the sea. The entire distribution of commodity commodities is carried out through shipping lines without stopping for 24 hours. The smoothness of this distribution greatly impacts the even distribution of the Indonesian economy because if there are obstacles to the distribution of basic needs in an area it will cause a scarcity of a commodity which spurred an increase in the price of the commodity. many factors that influence the smooth distribution of goods, one of which is the productivity of cargo loading and unloading. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a further review to produce analysis results that can be used as a reference for future port development. This study will analyze the productivity of loading and unloading performance at Pier 265 PELINDO III GRESIK with the berth occupancy rate method on continuous berth. The method will produce the output productivity percentage of the dock so that the latest productivity conditions can be identified. Then it is predicted by linear regression method so that future loading and unloading flows can be reviewed. The last is to simulate the scenario scenario that best fits the PELINDO III condition and regulation. the most effective is the addition of mooring capacity of 3 ships.
