Abstract

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) di Indonesia terletak di Surabaya yang telah menerapkan teknologi e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa ITS. E-learning pada ITS yaitu Share ITS telah dikembangkan sejak tahun 2006 silam berbasis website. Penggunaan Share ITS dinilai belum optimal dikarenakan hanya sebagian dosen saja yang menggunakan Share ITS sebagai media belajar bagi mahasiswanya. Juga belum ada kebijakan dan sumber daya yang mendukung penggunaan Share ITS oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resistensi (kesenjangan) dosen ITS dalam menggunakan Share ITS sebagai media belajar mahasiswa dan mengetahui tingkat pengaruh resistensi (kesenjangan) terhadap penggunaan teknologi e-learning Share ITS sebagai media belajar mahasiswa dan mengetahui pengaruh resistensi terhadap penggunaan e-learning Share ITS dengan menggunakan model penelitian sesuai dengan model yang dikembangkanoleh Lin, Chihung, I-Chun Lin, dan Jinsheng Roan.. Data yang diperoleh dari Tugas Akhir ini diperoleh dari survey. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi resistensi dosen sehingga mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi inovasi, saran atau tindakan guna mengoptimalkan penggunaan Share ITS sebagai media belajar. ================================================================================================ Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya is one of the state universities (PTN) in Indonesia located in Surabaya which has applied e-learning technology as a learning medium for ITS students. E-learning on ITS that is Share ITS has been developed since 2006 ago based website. Use of Share ITS is considered not optimal because only a few lecturers who use Share ITS as a medium of learning for students. There are also no policies and resources that support the use of Share ITS by lecturers of course lecturers. The purpose of this thesis is to know the factors that influence the resistance of ITS lecturer in using Share ITS as a medium of student learning and know the level of influence of resistance on the use of e-learning technology Share ITS as a medium of learning of students and know the influence resistance to the use of e-learning Share ITS by using model based on research model by Lin, Chihung, I-Chun Lin, and Jinsheng Roan. Data obtained from this Final Project obtained from the survey. The expected final result is to know the factors influencing the lecturer's resistance so as to produce innovation, suggestion or action recommendation to optimize the use of ITS as a learning medium.
