Abstract
Pasar modal merupakan suatu wadah yang mempertemukan pihak – pihak yang membutuhkan sarana investasi pada produk berjenis keuangan dengan pihak – pihak yang membutuhkan dana jangka panjang. Salah satu produk yang diperjualbelikan pada pasar modal adalah saham. Saham merupakan bukti kepemilikan suatu perusahaan yang merupakan klaim atas penghasilan dan kekayaan perseroan. Permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam pasar saham adalah keputusan yang harus diambil oleh para pelaku bisnis saham dan investor yang berkaitan dengan harga saham, agar para pelaku bisnis saham dan investor tidak terkena risiko kerugian pada saat harga saham turun dan dapat memanfaatkan keuntungan dari kenaikan harga saham.Terdapat tiga jenis keputusan yang dapat diambil oleh para investor saham, yaitu Sell, Hold, dan Buy. Apabila rekomendasi keputusan yang dihasilkan adalah Sell, maka langkah yang sebaiknya dilakukan investor adalah menjual sebagian saham yang dimiliki. Sedangkan apabila hasil rekomendasi keputusan adalah Hold, maka sebaiknya investor tidak melakukan apapun terhadap saham yang dimiliki. Untuk hasil rekomendasi jenis keputusan terakhir, Buy, hal yang sebaiknya dilakukan investor adalah menambah jumlah kepemilikan saham untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para pelaku bisnis saham dan investor saham dalam pengambilan keputusan yang harus diambil dengan membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Type-2 Fuzzy Rule-Based System. Sistem menghasilkan keputusan yang didasari oleh data masa lalu dan prediksi data harga saham. Data harga saham dikumpulkan dari sebuah situs bursa saham. Data saham yang dikumpulkan akan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu data training dan data testing. Data training berfungsi untuk pembuatan model, sedangkan data testing digunakanuntukmenguji akurasi model. Data harga saham hasil peramalan akan digunakan sebagai komponen dalam pembuatan keputusan oleh sistem. Proses pembuatan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan 14 variabel, yaitu harga saham penutup, harga saham pembuka, harga saham tertinggi, harga saham terendah, dan nilai 9 indikator teknikal saham, yaitu Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), Moving Average (MA), Average Directional Index (ADX), Positive Directional Movement (DI +), Negative Directional Movement (DI-), Average True Range (ATR), Williams % R, danRate of Change (ROC). Hasil yang didapat dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis Java menggunakan metode Type-2 Fuzzy Rule-based berdasarkan data saham pada periode sebelumnya, nilai 9 indikator teknikal, dan data harga saham hasil peramalan yang dapat digunakan oleh para investor saham dan pelaku bisnis saham untuk mengambil keputusan investasi saham.Model yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini mempunyai nilai akurasi model 91%. Model yang dihasilkan juga mempunyai nilai presisi dan recall yang seimbang. ================================================================================================ The capital market is a forum that brings together parties who need investment facilities in financial products with those who need long-term funds. One product that is traded on the capital market is stocks. Shares are proof of ownership of a company which is a claim for the company's income and wealth. Problems that often arise in the stock market are decisions that must be taken by shareholders and investors related to stock prices, so that stock business people and investors are not exposed to risk of loss when the stock price falls and can take advantage of the increase in stock prices. There are three types of decisions that can be taken by stock investors, namely Sell, Hold, and Buy. If the recommendation of the decision produced is Sell, then the step that investors should take is to sell part of their shares. Whereas if the recommendation is a Hold, then investors should not do anything to the shares owned. For the results of the recommendation of the final type of decision, Buy, the thing that investors should do is increase the number of shares to maximize profits. This study aims to help people in stock business and stock investors in making decisions that must be taken by making a decision support system using the Type-2 Fuzzy Rule-Based System method. The system produces a decision based on past data and predictions of stock price data. Share price data is collected from a stock exchange site. Stock data collected will be divided into two groups, namely training data and testing data. Training data will be used for making the model, while testing data is used to test the accuracy of the model. Stock price data from forecasting results will be used as a component in making decisions by the system. The process of making a model is done by using 14 variables, namely closing stock price, opening share price, highest stock price, lowest stock price, and the value of 9 technical stock indicators, namely Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), Moving Average (MA), Average Directional Index (ADX), Positive Directional Movement (DI +), Negative Directional Movement (DI-), Average True Range (ATR), Williams % R, and Rate of Change (ROC). The results of this final project are Java based decision support systems using the Type-2 Fuzzy Rule-based method based on stock data in the previous period, the value of 9 technical indicators, and forecast price share data that can be used by stock investors and business people shares to make stock investment decisions.The model produced in this study has a model accuracy value of 91%. The resulting model also has a balanced value of precision and recall.
