Abstract

Beton pracetak menjadi solusi untuk menangani permasalahan kecepatan konstruksi pada struktur beton bertulang gedung tinggi. Penerapan material mutu tinggi mulai digunakan untuk membatasi luas kolom dilantai bawah struktur gedung tinggi. Struktur beton pracetak mempunyai kelemahan pada sambungannya. Terdapat dua spesimen kolom beton pracetak mutu tinggi dengan sambungan grouted sleeve coupler dimensi 600x600x1800 mm yang akan dimodelkan menggunakan program bantu ABAQUS dengan beban aksial secara konstan dan lateral displacement. Spesifikasi tulangan longitudinal mutu tinggi (SD685) dan tulangan transversal mutu tinggi (SD785) digunakan pada penelitian ini. Input beban aksial yang digunakan adalah 0,1Agf'c dan 0,33Agf'c dengan beban lateral displacement sampai gagal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku hubungan applied load terhadap drift kolom beton pracetak mutu tinggi dengan sambungan grouted sleeve coupler ditinjau dari hasil hubungan applied load dan berapa persen drift yang terjadi akibat beban lateral displacement. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa prediksi FEA kolom beton pracetak mempunyai korelasi yang baik dengan hasil eksperimen sampai pada fase non linier (setelah elastis) pada drift 3,055%. Hasil FEA pada kolom pracetak juga menunjukkan korelasi yang baik dengan hasil FEA kolom monolit. ================================================================================================ Precast concrete becomes the solution to handle the problem of construction speed in high-rise reinforced concrete structure. The application of high-strength materials began to be used to limit the area of the lower floor columns of high building structures. The precast concrete structure has a weakness in the joint. There are two precast high-strength reinforced concrete column specimens with a 600x600x1800 mm dimension grouted sleeve coupler that will be modeled using ABAQUS program under constant axial and lateral displacement load. Specifications of high-strength longitudinal bars (SD685) and high-strength transverse reinforcement (SD785) were used in this study. The axial load used are 0.1Agf'c dan 0.33Agf'c under lateral displacement loads until failure. The purpose of this study is to know applied load and drift relationship behavior of precast high-strength reinforced concrete columns with grouted sleeve coupler splice in terms of the relationship of applied load and what percentage drift occurs due to lateral displacement load. The modeling results show that the FEA prediction of precast concrete columns has a good correlation with the experimental results up to the non linear (after elastic) phase at 3.055% drift. The FEA results in the precast column also showed good correlation with the results of the FEA monolithic column.
