Abstract

Sistem beton pracetak merupakan salah satu modifikasi metode konstruksi dalam perancangan struktur. Metode pracetak seperti ini memiliki banyak kelebihan, diantaranya waktu pelaksanaan lebih cepat karena beton sudah keras, kualitas beton yang lebih terjamin karena kontrol mutu yang lebih baik, menjadikan tempat kerja lebih bersih, dan lebih produktif. Sedangkan konvensional terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang lama, kontrol kualitas yang kurang baik, serta membutuhkan banyak bekisting dan pekerja, sehingga terjadi pembengkakan biaya dan waktu. Sistem pracetak untuk struktur pelat salah satunya adalah Hollow Core Slab, yaitu pelat pracetak pratekan yang terdapat rongga di dalamnya yang berguna untuk memperingan struktur.
Penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan Sistem Pelat Konvensional dengan Sistem Hollow Core Slab pada proyek pembangunan gedung Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut NALA HUSADA ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa gambar pelaksanaan, peralatan kerja, dan HSPK Surabaya 2016, dan akan dilakukan pencarian informasi tentang kondisi eksisting.
Dari hasil analisis didapatkan hasil berupa waktu pekerjaan dan biaya pekerjaan. Dari hasil analisa dua sistem tersebut, didapatkan hasil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Pelat Konvensional membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 174 hari kerja dengan biaya sebesar Rp 15.978.545.806 dan Sistem Hollow Core Slab membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 148 hari kerja dengan biaya sebesar Rp14.851.206.203. Sistem Hollow Core Slab memiliki waktu 26 hari lebih cepat dan memiliki biaya lebih rendah senilai Rp1.127.339.603.

One of modification and construction method in structural design is using precast in structural design. Precast system has many advantages, such as faster construction time, a more precised quality of the concrete, reduction of pollution and a more productive construction progress. Compared to the precast element, the conventional system or cast-in-situ elements usually has many disadvantages mainly in the project construction time and cost.
This study aims to compare the conventional slab with precast hollow core slab on the building project of Nala Husada Dental Hospital Surabaya in terms of project time and cost. Existing construction method used in this project is conventional slab, and this study proposed modification of precast hollow core slab. The data used in this research are as-built-drawings, work equipments list, and HSPK Surabaya 2016, Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan of Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, stakeholders involvement, and related information regarding unit cost and productivity analysis in the implementation of precast hollow core slab method.
The comparative analysis of precast hollow core slab system with conventional slab obtained results for precast hollow core slab system requires 148 days of completion time with a cost of Rp.14.851.206.203, while conventional slabs requires of 174 days of completion at a cost of Rp.15.978.545.806. Precast hollow core slab has Rp1.127.339.603 less cost and 26 less workdays to finish the project. The differences mainly affected by the cost reduction of the equipments and materials
