Abstract

Salah satu acuan standar kinerja Pembangkit listrik yang dipakai di lingkungan PT. PLN adalah Equivalent Avaibility Factor (EAF). EAF menunjukan kesiapan unit pembangkit listrik untuk menghasilkan tenaga listrik dalam satu tahun. Sebuah peralatan yang beroperasi terus menerus pasti akan mengalami penurunan unjuk kerja. Untuk itu pada periode tertentu harus dilakukan aktivitas pemeliharan pada peralatan sehingga peralatan memiliki unjuk kerja seperti semula. Perusahaan pembangkit menerapkan strategi pemeliharaan berdasarkan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). RCM sangat tergantung dari hasil analisis failure mode effect and criticality sebuah peralatan pembangkit listrik. Strategi pemeliharaan ini harus didukung dengan kebijakan inventori sehingga tercapai tujuan pemeliharan. Saat ini perusahaan dalam menentukan kebijakan persediaan spare part berdasarkan usulan dari bagian pemeliharaan unit pembangkit dan belum mempertimbangkan karakteristik permintaan spare part dan adanya shortage cost padahal pada kenyataannya ketidaktersediaan spare part dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui spare part yang digunakan untuk pemeliharaan korektif dan condition based maintenance Gas Turbin M701D sebanyak 28 spare part. Pola permintaan spare part sebesar 93% memiliki permintaan intermittent dengan criticality tinggi sebanyak 3 spare part, criticality sedang sebanyak 10 spare part dan criticality rendah sebanyak 15 spare part. Penentuan nilai reorder point dan reorder quantity untuk spare part dengan criticality tinggi dan 4 spare part dengan criticality sedang dilakukan dengan pendekatan model uncertain demand with shortage cost dan service level sebesar 100%. Sedangkan spare part dengan criticality rendah dilakukan penentuan reorder point dan reorder quantity berdasarkan service level 95%. ======================================================================================================================== One of the benchmarks of performance standards for power plants used in PT. PLN is Equivalent Avaibility Factor (EAF). EAF shows the readiness of the power plant unit to produce electricity in one year. An equipment that operates continuously will surely experience a decrease in performance. Therefore, after a certain period of time, a maintenance program must be carried out on the equipment so that it has the same performance as before. The power plant applies a maintenance strategy based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. RCM is very dependent on the results of the analysis of failure mode effect and criticality of an power plant equipment. This maintenance strategy must be supported by inventory policies so that maintenance objectives are achieved. At present the company in determining the spare part inventory policy based on proposals from the maintenance engineer and has not considered the demand characteristics of spare parts and the existence of shortage costs even though in reality the unavailability of spare parts can cause losses to the company. From the results of the study, it is known that the spare parts used for corrective maintenance and condition based maintenance of M701D Gas Turbines are 28 spare parts. The pattern of demand for spare parts as much as 93% has intermittent demand with a high criticality of 3 spare parts, medium criticality as many as 10 spare parts and low criticality of 15 spare parts. Determination of reorder point and reorder quantity values for spare parts with high criticality and 4 spare parts with criticality are being carried out with the model approach of uncertain demand with shortage cost and service level of 100%. While spare parts with low criticality are determined by reorder point and reorder quantity based on service level 95%.
