Abstract

Di zaman modern ini, internet telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia. Internet dapat membantu orang untuk tidak menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka atau hanya membantu untuk berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain. Salah satu pemanfaatan internet adalah pemanfaatan di sektor ekonomi. Istilah ekonomi itu sendiri disebut sebagai ilmu sosial yang berkaitan dengan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi barang dan jasa. Salah satu bagian dari sektor ekonomi di Indonesia yang telah berkembang baik oleh pemerintah maupun perusahaan swasta adalah sektor industri kreatif. Industri kreatif adalah industri-industri yang memiliki potensi kekayaan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja melalui generasi dan eksploitasi kekayaan intelektual. Kehadiran internet merupakan peluang yang baik bagi industri kreatif yang masih memiliki dana murah untuk menjual produk mereka. Kemudian, Dual-channel Supply-chain yang memanfaatkan baik saluran langsung online dan saluran ritel offline, akan cocok dalam menilai perkembangan sektor industri kreatif e-commerce tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengusulkan implementasi model rantai suplai Dual-channel untuk industri kreatif yang memiliki penjualan tinggi di saluran online.
Dalam penelitian ini konstruksi model permintaan akan dibagi menjadi tiga (3) saluran, yaitu saluran online, ritel kuat, dan ritel lemah. Setelah itu ada tiga (3) skenario yang mencari harga optimal untuk mendapat untung maksimal. Skenario 1 yang merupakan kondisi non kooperatif menunjukkan hasil terbaik dengan laba tertinggi dibandingkan dengan skenario lainnya

In these modern days, internet has become one of the human basic needs. Internet can help people neither to complete their job or simply helping to communicate between each other’s. One of utilization of internet is utilization in economic sectors. Economic term itself referred as a social science concerned with the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. One of the parts of economic sectors in Indonesia that has been develops both by government and also private companies are creative industries sector. Creative industry is those industries which have the potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property. The presence of the internet is good opportunity for creative industry that still have low budget funding for selling their products. Then, Dual-channel Supply-chain which utilizing both online direct channel and offline retail channel, would be suitable in assessing such development of e-commerce creative industry sectors. In this research, the author proposed a Dual-channel Supply-chain model implementation for creative industry that have high selling in online channels.
In this research the construction of demand model will be divided into three (3) channels, which are online, strong retail, and weak retail channel. After that there are three (3) scenarios that search for optimum price to get maximum profit. Scenario 1 which is non cooperative condition shows the best results with highest profit compared with other scenarios.
