Abstract

Di Indonesia, standar peraturan untuk mengatur perencanaan struktur beton pratekan adalah Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 2847:2013. Pada negara-negara lain, standar peraturan yang berlaku juga beragam. Salah satunya adalah Eurocodes, yang merupakan set yang terdiri dari 10 standar, untuk perencanaan beton pratekan kode yang dipakai adalah EN 1992-1-1 tahun 2004. Studi dilakukan dengan melakukan permodelan Gedung yang difungsikan sebagai perkantoran 12 lantai di wilayah Aceh. Studi juga memenuhi peraturan mengenai bangunan tahan gempa, yaitu SNI 1726:2002, Eurocode EN 1998-1-1:2004, PPIUG 1983, serta aturan mengenai beton prategang yang sesuai dengan konsep bangunan tahan gempa. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa beton pratekan yang didesain berdasarkan EN1991-1-1:2004 membutuhkan gaya tekan awal Fo yang lebih kecil dibanding SNI hingga 12%. Hal tersebut diakibatkan karena kehilangan gaya prategang yang lebih kecil serta ukuran lebar efektif yang lebih besar. Tendon yang dipilih juga membutuhkan luas permukaan yang lebih kecil karena persyaratan momen crack dari SNI. Disamping itu, beton pratekan yang didesain berdasarkan Eurocode lebih kuat menahan gempa karena beban gempa hasil EN1998-1-1:2004 lebih besar daripada SNI 1726:2012. ================================================================================================ Prestressed concretes are ideal combination between 2 of high strength materials. The combination are given actively, through stressing the steel and hold it at the concrete. This active combination cause concrete to have a high internal stress and distribute the stress through its section., so it can be an equilibrium between internal stress and external load stress. In Indonesia, code for prestressed concrete is Standart Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 2847:2013. In other countries, the codes are various. For example at states in European Union (EU), the code is Eurocode, which arranged by Européen de Normalisation (CEN). Eurocode is a set of 10 codes. For prestressed concrete, the code is EN 1992-1-1:2004. In this undergraduate theses, we will discuss about comparative study of prestressed concrete design which taken in 12 storey building. This study compares SNI requirement and Eurocode requirement. Study started with 12 storey office building ( ±48 m) modelling at Aceh, which use normal reinforced concrete for entire building and a special room located at the top of building which designed with prestressed concrete. This study also satisfy the requirement of earthquake building codes, inside SNI 1726:2018 and EN 1998-1-1:2004, PPIUG 1983, and other prestressed concrete codes which fit into earthquake-resistant building concept. The result shows that prestressee concrete designed based on EN1992-1-1:2004 require less initial stress than SNI up to 12% because EN has less loss of prestress force than SNI, also the beam’s effective width is increase. Tendons require less steel section area because of SNI’s moment of crack requirement. Prestressed concoretes designed with EN1992-1-1:2004 are more stronger to withstand earthquake load because the load result from EN1998-1-1:2004 has higher value than SNI 1726:2012.
