Abstract

Gedung Hotel Swiss-Bellin Surabaya yang terdiri dari 15 lantai dan 1 basement pada awalnya didesain dengan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Padahal, berdasarkan tataan seismotektoniknya, Pulau Jawa merupakan bagian dari satuan seismotektonik busur sangat aktif dan Surabaya adalah salah satu kota di Pulau Jawa yang dilewati oleh sesar geser aktif dan berpotensi gempa bumi > 5 skala richter. Oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan perampingan konstruksi strukturnya yaitu dengan memodifikasi struktur bangunan tersebut dengan menggunakan struktur komposit baja-beton dengan sistem stuktur Buckling Restrained Braced Frames (BRBF). Sistem BRBF adalah salah satu inovasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tekuk yang dialami bresing yang mengalami gaya tekan pada sistem CBF karena dapat mempunyai kemampuan menahan tekan maupun tarik yang sama. Konfigurasi BRBF yang digunakan yaitu konfigurasi inverted-V braced. Struktur gedung akan dimodelkan menggunakan program bantu ETABS 2016 dan direncanakan dengan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2012, PPIUG 1983, dan Seismic Provision AISC. Dari hasil perhitungan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: tebal pelat lantai bondek terbesar 12 cm, tebal pelat lantai beton 15 cm dimensi balok anak terbesar WF 450 x 300 x 10 x 15, dimensi balok anak beton 40/55 cm, balok induk WF 700 x 300 x 13 x 24, chasing bresing BRB HSS 250 x 250 x16, tebal baja inti BRB 15 mm, dimensi kolom terbesar CFT 700 x 700 x 28, balok induk beton 50/75 cm, kolom beton 100/100 cm, tebal pelat basement 22 cm, dimensi sloof 45/65 cm, dan pondasi tiang pancang diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 28 m. ================================================================================================ The Swiss-Bellin Hotel Building in Surabaya which consists of 15 floors and 1 basement was originally designed using reinforced concrete structures. In fact, based on its seismotectonic settings, Java Island is part of a very active seismotectonic arc unit and Surabaya is one of the cities on the island of Java which was traversed by active and potentially earthquake shear faults> 5 on the Richter scale. Therefore, it is necessary to streamline its structural construction by modifying the structure of the building using steel-concrete composite structures with a Buckling Restrained Braced Frames (BRBF) structural system. The BRBF system is one of the innovations to solve the buckling problems experienced by bracing which experience compressive forces on CBF systems because they can have the same capacity to resist compression and tension force. The BRBF configuration used is the inverted-V braced configuration. The building structure will be modeled using the ETABS 2016 auxiliary program and planned to meet the structural security requirements based on SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1729: 2015, SNI 1726: 2012, PPIUG 1983, and Seismic Provision AISC. From the results of calculations, the following results were obtained: the largest bondek floor plate thickness of 12 cm, 15 cm thick concrete slab, largest dimensions of the secondary beam WF 450 x 300 x 10 x 15, dimensions of secondary concrete beam 40/55 cm, main beam WF 700 x 300 x 13 x 24, BRB HSS 250 x 250 x16 brackets, 15 mm BRB core thickness, largest column dimension is CFT 700 x 700 x 28, 50/75 cm concrete beam, 100/100 cm concrete column, basement plate thickness 22 cm, sloof dimensions 45/65 cm, and pile foundation 60 cm in diameter with 28 m depth.
