Abstract

Hunian vertikal merupakan salah satu solusi pemenuhan perumahan di Indonesia. Akan tetapi hunian vertikal mempunyai risiko pergeseran yang lebih besar akibat beban gempa dari pada hunian tapak. Wilayah Indonesia yang terletak pada 3 lempeng aktif dunia menyebabkan intesitas gempabumi di Indonesia relatif tinggi, sehingga bangunan-bangunan di Indonesia harus direncanakan dengan sistem struktur yang tahan gempa.
Saat ini Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) banyak digunakan pada bangunan bertingkat yang berada di daerah zona gempa tinggi. Alternatif lain perencanaan bangunan tahan gempa adalah Sistem Rangka Berpengaku Eksentris (SRBE) yang dipadukan dengan sistem struktur komposit. Struktur SRBE merupakan sistem struktur dengan elemen bresing yang tidak terhubung ke perpotongan sumbu balok dan kolom melainkan terhubung ke balok dengan jarak “e” sehingga membentuk segmen balok pendek atau link. Kekakuan elastik dan pasca-elastik struktur SRBE serta pelelehan pada struktur SRBE lebih baik dibandingkan struktur SRPMK. Performa SRBE dalam menerima beban gempa lebih baik dibandingkan Struktur Rangka Pemikul Momen (SRPM) dan Sistem Rangka Berpengaku Konsentris. SRBE dapat digabungkan dengan struktur baja komposit yang terdiri dari kolom komposit terisi beton dan balok baja komposit dengan dek beton.
Telah dilakukan modifikasi perencanaan Gedung Eastern Green menggunakan struktur baja komposit dengan Sistem Rangka Berpengaku Eksentris (SRBE) yang mengacu syarat-syarat perencanaan berdasarkan SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, AISC 341-10, dan AISC 358-10. Didapatkan profil link WF 500x300x11x15, bresing WF 300x200x10x17, balok induk WF 500x300x11x15, dan kolom CFT 700x700x25.

Vertical building is one of solution to fulfill housing demands in Indonesia because it provides more capacity with smaller area than conventional houses. However, vertical building has higher risk of displacement due to earthquake than conventional houses. Indonesia, which is located on 3 world active plates, makes the intensity of earthquake in Indonesia to be relatively high, so the buildings must be designed with earthquake resistant structurak system.
Special moment frame system (SMF) is commonly used in multi-storey buildings located in earthquake zone areas. The SMF structure basically consist of beams and colums that form a portal. The alternative design of earthquake resistant buildings is the eccentrically braced frames (EBF) that combined with steek filled composite column system. The EBF is a structural system with bracing element that are not connected into intersection of beam and column axes but they are connect to beam axes with a distance “e” so that it form a short beam segmen and called by link. The elastic and post-elastic stiffness of EBF and the melting of EBF are better than SMF. The performances of EBF in Seismic condition also better than Concentrically Braced Frames (CBF). In other cases, EBF truly can combine with composite structure such as concrete filled tube column and composite steel beams with concrete deck.

The planning of the Green Eastern Building usong composite steel structure with eccentrically braced frame (EBF) based on SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, AISC 341-10, dan AISC 358-10. The profile of structure are WF 500x300x11x15 for link, WF 300x200x10x17 for bracing, WF 500x300x11x15 for beam, and CFT 700x700x25 for column.
