Abstract

Jalan tol adalah suatu jalan yang dikhususkan untuk kendaraan bersumbu lebih dari dua (mobil, bus, truk) dan bertujuan mempersingkat jarak dan waktu tempuh. Untuk menikmatinya, pengguna jalan tol harus membayar sesuai tarif. Bangunan atau fasilitas di mana tol dikumpulkan dapat disebut pintu tol atau sering di sebut sebagai gerbang tol. Dimana, dalam pelaksanaan jalan tol yang seharusnya jalan bebas hambatan tetapi sering terjadi kemacetan dikarenakan panjangnya antrian di gerbang tol dan kurang seimbangnya antara gerbang tol yang dioperasikan.
Perencanaan gerbang tol Batang - Semarang sebelum dianalisis, dilakukan survei waktu pelayanan gerbang tol untuk mendapatkan waktu pelayanan setiap golongan kendaraan dan menggunakan metode First In First Out sebagai disiplin antrian dan Single Channel – Single Phase sebagai struktur dasar proses antrian dengan mempertimbangkan gerbang tol otomatis (GTO), dan On Board Unit. Perencanaan gerbang tol ini, merencanakan gerbang tol pada tahun 2019 dan 2030 mempertimbangkan panjang antrian, dan tingkat pelayanan agar jalan tol bekerja sesuai fungsinya sebagai jalan bebas hambatan
Hasil dari penilitian perencanaan gerbang tol Batang-Semarang pada tahun 2019 gerbang tol Batang arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 3 gardu tol otomatis,1 gardu tol otomatis khusus gol I, dan 1 gardu tol On Board Unit. Gerbang tol SS Tulis, SS Ngaliyan masuk dan keluar terdapat 2 gardu tol otomatis, 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus gol I, dan 1 gardul tol On Board Unit. Gerbang tol SS Weleri, SS Kaliwungu 2 masuk, 3 keluar gardu tol otomatis, 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus gol I, dan 1 gardu tol On Board Unit. Gerbang tol SS Kendal arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 1 gardu tol otomatis, 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus gol I, dan 1 gardu tol On Board Unit. Gerbang tol SS Krapyak 5 masuk, 6 keluar gardu tol otomatis, 2 gardu tol otomatis khusus gol I, dan 1 gardul tol On Board Unit. Panjang antrian Gerbang Tol Batang-Semarang pada tahun 2019 sudah memenuhi peraturan yang kurang dari 10 kendaraan.

The toll road is a road dedicated to more than two wheeled vehicles (cars, buses, trucks) and aims to shorten distance and travel time. To enjoy it, toll road users must pay according to the tariff. Buildings or facilities where toll roads are collected can be called toll gates or are often referred to as toll gates. Whereas, in the implementation of the toll road which is supposed to be a freeway but congestion often occurs due to the length of the queue at the toll gate and the lack of balance between the operated toll gates.
The planning of the Batang - Semarang toll gate uses the First In First Out method as a queue discipline and Single Channel - Single Phase as the basic structure of the queue process by considering the automatic toll gate (GTO), and the On Board Unit. Planning this toll gate, planning toll gates in 2019 and 2030 considering the length of the queue, and the level of service so that the toll road works according to its function as a freeway.
The results of the research on Batang-Semarang toll gate planning in 2019 Batang toll gate in and out direction are 3 automatic toll booths, 1 special goal I toll booth, and 1 On Board Unit toll booth. The SS Tulis toll gate, SS Ngaliyan in and out are 2 automatic toll booths, 1 special goal I automatic toll booth, and 1 On Board Unit toll booth. SS Weleri toll gate, SS Kaliwungu 2 entrance, 3 exit automatic toll booths, 1 special goal I automatic toll booth, and 1 On Board Unit toll booth. The SS Kendal toll gate in and out direction is 1 automatic toll booth, 1 special goal I automatic toll booth, and 1 On Board Unit toll booth. SS Krapyak 5 toll gate enters, 6 exits automatic toll booths, 2 special goal I automatic toll booths and 1 On Board Unit toll booth. The queue length of the Batang-Semarang Toll Gate in 2019 has met regulations that are less than 10 vehicles.
