Abstract

Baja merupakan salah satu material yang bersifat daktail, dimana baja terlebih dahulu mengalami perubahan bentuk sebelum terjadi keruntuhan. Sistem Rangka Bresing Eksentris (SRBE) merupakan sistem rangka yang memiliki daktilitas, kekakuan, serta kekuatan yang baik. Pada tugas akhir ini bangunan konstruksi beton gedung Hotel Premier Inn Biliton dimodifikasi menjadi bangunan konstruksi baja dengan Sistem Rangka Bresing Eksentris.Gedung Hotel Premier Inn Biliton Surabaya terletak di Jalan Biliton No. 24-26 Surabaya. Gedung ini memiliki 9 Lantai dan 1 basement. Perhitungan dan analisa struktur pada modifikasi ini menggunakan ketentuan yang berlaku yaitu SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727:2013, SNI 1726:2012, PPUIG 1983, AISC 360:10, dan AISC 341:10. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisis pembebanan, permodelan struktur menggunakan program ETABS 2016, analisis gaya dalam, perhitungan elemen struktur dan pengecekan syarat elemen struktur.Hasil modifikasi struktur Gedung Hotel Premier Inn Surabaya meliputi tebal pelat deck sebesar 90mm, dimensi balok anak terbesar WF400x200x8x13,dimensi balok induk terbesar WF600x300x12x20, dimensi balok link WF450x300x11x18 dengan panjang elemen link sebesar 1000 mm, dimensi bresing WF300x300x1015, dimensi kolom terbesar HWF400x400x45x70, pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang spun pile diameter 450 mm dengan kedalaman 33 meter. ================================================================================================ Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) is a framing system that has good ductility, stiffness and strength. In this final project the concrete construction of the Premier Inn Biliton Hotel in Surabaya is modified into a stell construction building using Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF).Premier Inn Biliton Hotel is located on Jl. Biliton No. 24-26 Surabaya. This hotel has 9 floors and 1 basement. This structural modification calculation and analysis uses applicable provisions which consist of SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727:2013, SNI 1726:2012, PPUIG 1983, AISC 360:10, and AISC 341:10. The structure calculation process includes load analysisThe results of Premier Inn Biliton Hotel in Surabaya modification shows that the thickness of deck slab 90 mm, dimension of the largest secondary beam WF400x200x8x13, dimension of the largest primary beam WF600x300x12x20, dimenstion of the link WF450x300x11x18 with the link length 1000mm. bracing dimension WF300x300x10x15, dimension of the largest column HWF 400x400x45x70, for the foundation designed using 450 mm spun pile with 33 meters depth.
