Abstract

Pariwisata bahari diproyeksikan menjadi penyumbang devisa negara sebesar 20% pada tahun 2019. Hal itu diupayakan dengan membangun beberapa sentra Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Pariwisata, salah satunya adalah Kepulauan Selayar. Kepulaun Selayar memiliki Taman Nasional Takabonerate yang merupakan gugusan karang atoll ke-3 terbesar didunia. Untuk mengeksplorasi potensi pariwisata di Takabonerate dan mengembangkan Kapal Pinisi sebagai kapal wisata, perancangan Kapal Wisata Pinisi layak untuk dibuat dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan bisnis serta sosial kemasyarakatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu optimasi untuk menentukan rute dan dimensi kapal berdasarkan survei kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa Kapal Wisata Pinisi yang dirancang dikhususkan untuk segmen pasar dengan pendapatan sedang dengan usia kurang dari 30 tahun. Harga jasa kapal wisata ini untuk penumpang penyelam (diver) sebesar 208 USD/malam.pax untuk lower deck dan 221 USD/malam.pax untuk main deck. Sedangkan harga jasa untuk penumpang non-diver sebesar 193 USD/malam.pax (lower deck) dan 206 USD/malam.pax (main deck). Kapal tersebut memiliki dimensi utama LOA: 37,14 meter, LPP: 26,63 meter, LWL: 26,96 meter, LOD : 30,40 meter, B: 8,05 meter, T: 2,65 meter, dan H: 4,55 meter. Kapal tersebut berkapasitas 15 penumpang dengan fasilitas kapal meliputi guest cabin, bar, sundeck, lounge, dive deck, movie room, dan dining room.

Marine tourism is projected to be a contributor to the country's foreign exchange
up to 20% in 2019. This is sought by building several centers for Kawasan Ekonomi
Khusus Pariwisata, one of which is the Selayar Islands. Selayar Islands has Takabonerate
National Park which is the 3rd largest atoll coral group in the world. To exploit the
potential tourism in Takabonerate and also to develop Pinisi Tour Boat as a tour boat, the arrange of the Pinisi Tour Boat is feasible with adjusting the need of business sector and social sector. Pinisi Tour Boat are designed specifically for medium income market segments with less than 30 years of age. The price of this tour boat service for diver passengers is 208 USD / night.pax for the lower deck and 221 USD / night.pax for playing deck. While the price of services for non-diver passengers is 193 USD / night.pax (lower deck) and 206 USD / night.pax (main deck). The boat has a principal dimensions as LOA: 37.14 meters, LPP: 26.63 meters, LWL: 26.96 meters, LOD: 30.40 meters, B: 8.05 meters, T: 2.65 meters, and H: 4.55 meters. The boat has a capacity of 15 passengers with some facilities including bars, sundecks, lounges, dive decks, movie rooms, and dining rooms.
