Abstract

Lamongan akan menjadi pusat industri di Jawa Timur.lokasinya strategis dan pantai lautnya dalam serta terdapat sumur minyak di sekitarnya.Maka dari itu dibuatlah Lamongan Oil Tank Terminal (LOTT) Keberadaan LOTT tersebut adalah guna merespons meningkatnya permintaan fasilitas untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis bahan kimia cair dan bahan bakar dari pihak industri dengan lokasi yang strategis di Jawa Timur.Selain itu, keberadaan LOTT ini juga adalah sebagai bagian dukungan bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan peningkatan cadangan minyak nasional dari 17 hari menjadi 30 hari seperti yang ditargetkan pemerintah.Tahapan dalam mendesain dermaga ada 4 yaitu penetapan dimensi,perencanaan pembebanan,penulangan balok dan plat serta menghitung daya dukung pondasi.peraturan yang dipakai adalah Standard Design Criteria of Ports in Indonesia 1984 dan Panduan Perencanan Teknik Jembatan BMS 1992 untuk preliminary, Standard Design Criteria for Ports in Indonesia 1984 untuk pembebanan, peraturan pembebanan tahun 2013 dan SNI-T-12-2004 untuk penulangan.untuk kapasitas yang akan direncanakan adalah 30.000 DWT dengan 4 mooring dolphin dan 2 breasting dolphin.Dari hasil analisa struktur menghasilkan dimensi Trestletle 9x1500 m,Platform dengan ukuran 18 x 36 m,Mooring dolphin 7,5 x 7,5 m dan Berthing dolphin dengan ukuran 6 x 8 m .

Lamongan will be the industrial center in East Java. The location is strategic and the sea coast is deep and there are oil wells around it. So, Lamongan Oil Tank Terminal (LOTT) is made. The existence of LOTT is to respond to increasing demand for facilities to support liquid chemicals fuel from industry with a strategic location in East Java. In addition, the existence of LOTT is also a part of support for the government to increase national oil reserves from 17 days to 30 days as targeted by the government. There are 4 stages in designing the pier, namely dimensioning, loading planning, beam and plate reinforcement and calculating power support the foundation. The regulations used are 1984 Standard Design Criteria of Ports in Indonesia and 1992 BMS Bridge Engineering Planning Guide for preliminary, Standard Design Criteria for Ports in Indonesia 1984 for loading, 2013 loading regulations and SNI-T-12-2004 for reinforcement for the planned capacity, 30,000 DWT with 4 mooring dolphin and 2 berthting dolphin from the results of the structural analysis, the dimensions of Trestletle 9x1500 m are produced, the platform is 18 x 36 m, Mooring dolphin 7.5 x 7.5 m and Berthing dolphin are 6 x 8 m.
