Abstract

Sudut 40 terjadi deformasi (displacement) sebesar 6.72 mm nilai tegangan (stress) sebesar 0.94 Mpa. Sudut 50 terjadi deformasi (displacement) sebesar 6.99 mm nilai tegangan 0.79 Mpa.

In the process of launching the ship, the tides are the most important thing for the safety process of launching both ships and slip ways. For the case of launch, this occurs when the water conditions are low, so the slipways are not submerged by water. Therefore, slipways receive too large a load that causes deformation, cracks and so on.
This research aims to analyze the damage to slip ways in slip ways are not submerged and submerged by water. For non-submerged conditions the angles of the slip ways were carried out at 30, 50, 70 and 100. The variations used solidworks software. After varying the angle, the simulation of slip ways was done to determine the magnitude of the deformation value and stress value.
In the calculation when the slip ways condition are not submerged in water and the ship's load was heavier by 501.38 tons compared to the slip ways when the water was submerged in 447 tons. Varying the angle on the slipways using solidworks when the condition is not submarged in water at 30 angles there is a displacement of 6.46 mm, the stress value is 1.22 Mpa. 40 angle there is a displacement of 6.72 mm, the stress value is 0.94 Mpa. 50 angle there is a displacement of 6.99 mm, the stress value is 0.79 Mpa. Angle 30 does not fulfill because the value of stress (stress) exceeds the maximum value of slip ways. So that the slip ways are not damaged, then at least use an angle of 40. Increasing the angle on the slip ways results in a risk of failure to increase on the side of the ship in the launch process.
