Abstract

Karimunjawa adalah salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi budidaya ikan kerapu yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi dan menjadi komoditas ekspor andalan di Indonesia. Umumnya para nelayan membawa hasil perikanan ke pelabuhan kartini di jepara. Harga jual ikan kerapu dalam kondisi hidup lebih mahal dibandingkan ikan mati. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sarana transportasi ikan hidup yang baik pula.Untuk menjawab permasalah tersebut dibuatlah tugas akhir ini yang merancang kapal angkut dengan sistem ruang muat terbuka. Ruang muat didesain diberi pelubangan yang dihubungkan dengan katup agar terjadi sirkulasi air laut secara alami sehingga dapat mempertahankan kondisi ikan tetap hidup. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan dan perhitungan teknis didapatkan ukuran utama Panjang garis tegak (LPP): 17,2 meter, Lebar (B): 4,2 meter, Tinggi (H): 2,0 meter, Sarat (T): 1,4 meter dengan kecepatan (Vs): 7 knots. Kapal ini didesain dengan kondisi pengangkutan ikan dan benih ikan. Kapal ini di desain mampu mengangkut payload sebanyak 30,19 ton pada kondisi mengangkut ikan dan 29,995 ton pada kondisi mengangkut benih. Kapal ini didesain dengan alat bongkar muat sistem pompa ikan. Nilai ekonomis muatan ikan hidup adalah Rp 114,080,000 dan ikan mati sebesar Rp 229,704,000 ================================================================================================ Karimunjawa is an island with the potential for grouper fish cultivation . The cultivation of grouper fish will result in high economic interest and become a crucial export commodity in Indonesia. Fish products are brought to Kartini port in Jepara by fishermen.The price for fresh grouper fish are much higher as compared to other fishes. Thus, it is crucial to keep the fishes alive and fresh, which means a better mode of sea transportation. This study designs a transport vessel with an open cargo space system. The loading room is designed with a hole that is connected to a valve to allow natural circulation of sea water so that it can maintain the condition of the fish. After a review and technical calculation, the dimensions of the vessel are as follows: Length (Lpp): 17.2 meters, Width (B): 4.2 meters, Height (H): 2.0 meters, Load (T): 1.4 meters with speed (Vs): 7 knots. This ship is designed with the conditions of transporting fish and fish seeds. A payload of 30,19 tons under conditions of transporting fish and 29,995 tons in the condition of transporting seeds. A fish pump system loading and unloading equipment are installed. The economic value of live fish cargo is Rp. 114,080,000 and dead fish is Rp.229,704,000
