Abstract

Sebagai pemain baru di dunia bisnis, Erick Catering Batu-Malang membutuhkan pengembangan usaha agar usahanya dapat survive di tengah persaingan bisnis. Erick Catering Batu-Malang adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia makanan dalam suatu acara. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memetakan model bisnis Erick Catering Batu-Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif yaitu melalui wawancara dan diskusi mendalam. Karena Erick Catering Batu-Malang belum memiliki model bisnis apapun, maka Business Model Canvas ditawarkan untuk mengekspansi usaha Erick Catering Batu-Malang menjadi lebih besar lagi. Model bisnis yang baru kemudian disampaikan dalam suatu forum Focus Group Discussion bersama narasumber baik dari internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Erick Catering Batu-Malang dari segi segmentasi pelanggan, tidak mempunyai segmen pelanggan khusus. Value propositionnya juga sebatas performance pelayanan pelanggan, desain, motto. Channels yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan ini adalah menjadlin hubungan baik dengan konsumennya yang dibangun secara personal sehingga konsumen dapat merasakan pelayanan yang maksimal. Selain itu dengan memberikan promo atau potongan harga. Untuk pendistribusian barang, Erick Catering Batu-Malang mempunyai 4 mobil keluarga yang dialihfungsikan menjadi kendaraan pengangkut makanan. Untuk penghasilan, didapatkan dari katering wisata, hotel dan pernikahan. Untuk key partnership, keterbatasan terletak pada supplier yang kadang-kadang tidak jujur dalam menyediakan bahan baku. Cost structure dibuktikan bahwa biaya yang paling sering dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan adalah fixed cost dan variable cost.

internal and external companies. The results of this study indicate that Erick Catering Batu-Malang in terms of customer segmentation, does not have a specific customer segment. The value proposition is also limited to customer service performance, design, motto. Channels run by this company are to make good relations with consumers who are
built personally so that consumers can experience maximum service. In addition, by providing promos or discounts. For the distribution of goods, Erick Catering Batu-Malang has 4 family cars that are converted into food transport vehicles. For income, obtained from tourist catering, hotels and weddings. For key partnerships, limitations lie in suppliers who are sometimes dishonest in providing raw materials.
The cost structure is proven that the costs most often incurred by the company are fixed costs and variable costs.
