Abstract

Pembangunan Perumahan Royal Park Residence
seluas 34600 m2 di wilayah Gunung Anyar Tambak,
kecamatan Gunung Anyar mengakibatkan perubahan
koefisien pengaliran yang bermula dari tambak, menjadi
perumahan. Hal ini berdampak pada limpasan yang
mengalir ke Saluran Wiguna. Saluran Wiguna sendiri
telah menerima debit air dari Royal Park Residence serta
wilayah luar kawasan.
Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengetahui
penambahan muka air pada saluran Wiguna dan kapasitas
Saluran Wiguna akibat pembangunan perumahan Royal
Park Residence. Perlu dibuat kolam tampungan dan
merencanakan sistem operasionalnya di area perumahan
untuk menampung air sebelum dialirkan ke pembuangan
akhir.

Dari hasil analisa Hidrologi dan hidrolika di
dalam dan luar kawasan Royal Park Residence
didapatkan penambahan limpasan debit ke saluran
Wiguna sebesar 3,848 m3/det. Dari kapasitas eksisting
2,65 m3/det dengan ukuran 3,7 m x 1,13 m , Saluran
Wiguna perlu di normalisasi menjadi ukuran 4 m x 2 m
dengan kapasitas sebesar 3,920 m3/det. Muka air yang
dihasilkan dari debit 3,848 m3/det mencapai 1,9 m dari
dasar saluran Wiguna dengan pengaturan bukaan pintu
10 cm . =========== The development of Royal Park Residence
Housing which is on area of 3,46 hectares in Gunung
Anyar Tambak region, Gunung Anyar, lead to change
inflow coefficient which originated from the pond, into
the residence. It has an impact on runoff flowing into
Wiguna Channel. Wiguna channel itself has received a
discharge from the Royal Park Residence as well as
outside the region.
The purpose of this final project determines the
increasing of water level in the Wiguna channel and
Wiguna channel capacity due to Royal Park Residence
housing development. Ponds and reservoirs need to be
made and plan their operational systems in order to retain
the water before it is released to Wiguna channel.
From the analysis of hydrology and hydraulics
inside and outside the Royal Park Residence, it is
obtained the additional channel to discharge runoff

Wiguna of 3,848 m3 / sec. From the existing capacity of
2.65 m3 / s with a size of 3.7 m x 1.13 m, Wiguna
channel need to normalized to a size 4 m x 2 m with a
capacity of 3.920 m3 / sec. Water level resulting from the
discharge of 3,848 m3 / s to 1.9 m from the bottom of the
Wiguna channel by setting 10 cm of opening gate.
