Abstract
Pada saat ini kabel screen yang terdapat di Gardu Induk digunakan untuk mendeteksi arus bocor kabel tanah pada sisi sekunder trafo. Arus bocor harus tidak lebih dari standard yang ditentukan oleh PLN yaitu 0,6 A. Monitoring kabel screen dilakukan secara manual yaitu sebulan sekali sehingga arus bocor pada kabel screen tidak terdeteksi secara dini. Keterlambatan deteksi arus bocor pada kabel screen akan merusak isolasi kabel dan merusak kabel tanah jika terjadi hubung singkat. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat monitoring arus bocor pada kabel screen secara realtime. Arus bocor kabel screen dideteksi dengan sensor arus ACS712 dan diolah oleh mikrokontroler. Hasil pengolahan data dikirim ke komputer server menggunakan media wifi. Komputer server akan meneruskan informasi berupa warning ke operator pemeliharaan agar dapat dilakukan penanganan dengan cepat sehingga hubung singkat dan kerusakan pada kabel tanah dapat dicegah. Hasil dari prototipe ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memudahkan proses pemonitoringan kondisi kabel screen agar meminimalisir kerusakan kabel tanah. ========== At this time the cable screen located at the substation is used to detect leakage current ground wires on the secondary side transformer. Leakage current should not exceed the prescribed standards by which PLN 0.6 A. Monitoring screen cable is done manually once a month so that the leakage current in the cable screen is not detected early. Delay in detection of leakage current on the wire screen will damage the wiring insulation and damage the ground wire in case of short circuit. In this thesis made the monitoring of leakage current on the wire screen in realtime. Leakage current cable with screen detected ACS712 current sensor and processed by the microcontroller. The results of processing the data is sent to the server computer using wifi media. The computer server will forward the information to the operator in the form of a warning that maintenance can be done quickly so that the handling short circuit and damage the ground wire can be prevented. The results of this prototype can be used to facilitate the process pemonitoringan conditions in order to minimize damage to the screen cable ground wire.
