Abstract
Pada   tugas   akhir   ini,   kami   merancang   sebuah   alat   yang 
berfungsi  menyediakan  minuman  berupa  kopi  dan  teh  yang  di  kontrol 
dengan  sebuah 
mikrokontroler.  Kami  menggunakan 
sistem 
konveyor 
untuk  memindahkan  gelas 
ke  arah
  tempa
t  gula  cair,  teh,  dan  kopi 
dituangkan. Di tempat tersebut telah terdapat 
sensor dan
 solenoid valve
. 
Sensor  sebagai  pendeteksi  gelas  dan
  solenoid 
valve 
akan  otomatis 
terbuka untuk mengisi 
gelas dengan gula dan teh atau gula dan kopi.
Kami  memilih   sistem   dengan   mikrokontroler 
ATMega   16 
karena    dinilai    praktis    dalam    penggunaan    dan    cocok 
dalam 
mengendalikan  hardware 
serta  mekanik 
yang  kita  gunakan.  Konveyor 
menggunakan  motor  dc  24v  untuk  menggerakan  belt  agar  gelas  bisa 
berjalan. Solenoid valve juga digunakan un
tuk membuka katup otomatis 
sebagai pengganti kran air tradisional
. 
Perbedaan 
volume
    cairan    pada    wadah    mempengaruhi 
banyaknya  debit  cairan  yang  dituang  pada  gelas.  Maka  dari  itu  cairan 
dalam  wadah  harus  dijaga  agar  tetap  dalam  kondisi  terisi  penuh  atau 
setengah penuh. =========== In  this  final  project,  we  make  an  utensil  that  can  be  used  to 
providing  coffee  and  tea  controlled  by  a  microcontroller.  We  use  the 
conveyor  system  for  moving  a  glass  to the  place  that  the  melted  sugar, 
tea,  and  coffee  spilled.  The  sensors  and  the  solenoid  valves  are  placed 
there too. The sensors used as the glass detector as the solenoid valves 
automatically  being  normally open  to  spill  the  melted  sugar  and  tea  or 
melted sugar and coffee combinations to fill the glass. 
We  choose  using  an  ATMega16  microcontroller  controlled 
system  because  of  its  efficiency  and  capability  to  control  the  hardware 
and  mechanic  parts  we  use  in  our  project.  The conveyor  system  uses  a 
DC motor to move its belt so the glass could slightly move above it. The 
solenoid valves used for the automatic-open valve mechanism to reserve 
the use of traditional manual water valves
The difference in the volume of the container affect the amount 
of  fluid  discharge  fluid  poured  in  the  glass.  Thus  the  liquid  in  the 
container should be kept in 
full or half
-tank 
condition
