Abstract

Circular Primary Clarifier Tank merupakan tangki beton bertulang pengolah air limbah milik PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Dindingnya yang semula tersusun dari beton bertulang akan dimodifikasi menjadi menggunakan beton prategang. pengertian beton prategang menurut definisi ACI ialah “beton yang mengalami tegangan internal dengan besar dan distribusi sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat mengimbangi sampai batas tertentu tegangan yang terjadi akibat beban eksternal”. Tekanan yang terjadi pada dinding Circular Primary Clarifier Tank bervariasi sesuai dengan elevasi. Oleh karena itu gaya prategang yang dibutuhkan pun akan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan gaya yang terjadi pada dinding. Dalam perhitungan kebutuhan gaya prategang akan digunakan beberapa jumlah strand yang bermacam-macam sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kehilangan gaya prategang akan dihitung dalam 2 kondisi, yaitu short term dan long term. Modifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan “Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete (ACI 318-11)”, “Design and Construction of Circular Prestressed Concrete Structure with Circumferential Tendons (ACI 373R-97)”, “Design and Construction of Circular Wire- and Strand- Wrapped Prestressed- Concrete Structures (ACI 372R-00)”, “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-1726-2002)”. vi Hasil yang didapat dari perencanaan Circular Primary Clarifier Tank yaitu ketebalan dinding yang berubah dari semula 35 cm menjadi 26 cm, kehilangan prategang kondisi short term dan long term, penulangan 10D19 untuk tulangan lentur dan 5D25 untuk tulangan lentur lapangan balok melingkar dan tulangan pakai 10D10 untuk perencanaan kolom. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan metode Luciano Decourt menghasilkan jumlah bored pile yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 168 buah dengan jarak x dan y antar pilar sebesar 2.9 meter. =========================================================================================================== Circular Primary Clarifier Tank is a reinforced concrete based tank for waste water treatment belongs to PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The wall were originally design with reinforced concrete, and later will be replace by the prestresed one. The definition of prestressed concrete itself, according to ACI, is “structural concrete in which internal stresses have been introduced to reduce potential tensile stresses in concrete resulting from loads”. The pressure occured Circular Primay Clarifier Tank’s wall in different value based on the elevation. Therefore it’s also effected how big the force of the prestressed on the wall. Calcuation for prestressed force involves different kind of strands to adjust the needs of the variation. Prestressed loss will be calculate in 2 conditions, short and long term. Modification on the wall refers to “Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete (ACI 318-11)”, “Design and Construction of Circular Prestressed Concrete Structure with Circumferential Tendons (ACI 373R-97)”, “Design and Construction of Circular Wire- and Strand- Wrapped Prestressed- Concrete Structures (ACI 372R-00)”, “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-1726-2002)”. The result of structure analysis based on the Circular Primary Clarifier Tank plans are wall thickness changes from 35 viii cm to 26 cm, prestressed lost in short term and long term, 10D19 reinforcement configuration for elastic reinforcement and 5D25 for the one in the middle of the circular beam and 10D10 for column. Foundation planned using Luciano Decourt method and the result is the amount of bored pile that’s going to be used, which is 168 bored pile and the space between x and y to the bored pile is 2.9 meter.
