Abstract
Pada Tugas Akhir Terapan ini akan dibahas tentang
metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, perhitungan volume pekerjaan,
penentuan sumber daya dan kapasitas produksi setiap jenis
pekerjaan dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Jembatan Brantas pada
Ruas Tol Kertosono-Mojokerto yang lokasinya berada di STA
6+344.528 sampai STA 6+642.128. Perhitungan biaya dan
waktu pada Tugas Akhir ini dikhususkan pada pekerjaan
struktur atas mulai dari hammer head sampai closure. Gambar
kerja digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menghitung kembali
volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknis akan digunakan sebagai
landasan untuk menyesuaikan metode pekerjaan, dan jadwal
pelaksanaan yang ada hanya akan dipakai sebagai acuan pada
hasil Tugas Akhir ini.
Melalui harga satuan pelaksanaan dan durasi setiap
pekerjaan, kemudian akan ditentukan network planning
(diagram jaringan kerja) agar perencanaan waktu pada
pelaksanaan proyek dapat tercapai dengan tepat sesuai tujuan
proyek. Alat bantu yang digunkan dalam merencanakan waktu,
dan jumlah pekerja berupa software MS Project 2010. Biaya
masing-masing pekerjaan dan durasi pelaksanaan akan menjadi

input dalam penggunaan software ini. Hasil yang dapat
dimanfaatkan yaitu berupa Gantt-chart (schedule dalam bentuk
bar-chart), Network Planning, Resourch Graph (grafik sumber
daya), laporan biaya dan kurva-S. Biaya Konstruksi bisa
ditentukan berdasarkan survey lapangan dan standart harga PT.

This final project explain about construction method,
volume calculation, laborers and production capacity in every
construction step of Brantas Bridge Project in Mojokerto-
Kertosono Segment that located in STA 6+344.528 until STA
6+642.128. Cost and duration calculation in this final project
focuses on upper structure construction step that begin from
hammer head until closure. Shop drawing is used as the
reference of volume recalculation. Technic specifications is
used as the reference of work method adjustments, and
construction duration as known is used as the reference on this
final project.
From unit price of construction and duration in every
work step, then network planning can be determined (network
planning), thus the duration plan on project construction will
be reached appropriately according to projects goal.
Software that has been used of this final project for
determining cost and laborers is MS.Project 2010. Cost in
every work step and duration will be entered as the input in this
software. Output of this project that can be used are Gantt-
Chart (schedule in bar-chart), Network planning, Resource

Graph (human resources/laborers graphic), cost report, SCurve.
Construction cost can be determined according to real
survey and standard price from PT.Adhi Karya.
