Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Surabaya - Mojokerto
Seksi IV.3, merupakan salah satu dari proyek Departemen Sipil
Umum PT Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk. Jalan tersebut
merupakan jalan arteri yang menghubungkan Surabaya –
Mojokrerto. Salah satu pekerjaan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam
proyek jalan adalah pekerjaan tanah yang membutuhkan banyak
alat berat, antara lain : Bulldozer, Vibration Roller, Sheepfoot
roller, Water truck, dan Dump Truck.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan kebutuhan
pemakaian alat berat pada pekerjaan tanah meliputi analisa
produktifitas alat berat, berapa jumlah dan tipe alat berat yang
akan digunakan, biaya yang dibutuhkan dan penjadwalan
pemakaian alat berat. Dalam perhitungan ini menggunakan
metode yang mengacu pada perhitungan Pemindahan Tanah
Mekanis (PTM) dan Perhitungan Biaya Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan
Dengan Menggunakan Alat-Alat Berat.
Dari hasil perhitungan yang direncanakan, didapatkan
beberapa tipe alat berat yang digunakan dalam proyek ini antara
lain adalah : 6 unit Bulldozer tipe D 65E; 5 unit Vibration Roller
tipe SV 515D; 4 unit Sheepfoot Roller tipe SV 515TF; 4 unit
Water Tank Truck Kap. 5000 L; 5 unit Dump Truck 7 ton; 15 unit
Dump Truck 25 ton; dan 7 unit Dump Truck 30 ton. Besarnya
biaya sewa penggunaan alat pada proyek tersebut adalah Rp 7.175.008.200,00 dengan total waktu penyelesaian selama 123
hari kalender.

One of Civil Department PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) tbk.
is Surabaya – Mojokerto Highway Project. This Higway is
arteries road which linked Surabaya and Mojokerto City. One the
important things from this project is the (earthwork) which needs
a lot of heavy equipment such as : Bulldozer, Vibration Roller,
Sheepfoot Roller, Water Truck, and Dump Truck.
The purpose of this reseach is to figure the heavy
equipment needed on earthwork such as heavy equipment
productivity analysis, how many and what type of heavy
equipment are going to use, cost and heavy equipment usage
schedule. This reseach uses calculation which focused on
Pemindahan Tanah Mekanis (PTM) method and Biaya
Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Dengan Menggunakan Alat – Alat Berat.
From the draft calculation, it condudes some of heavy
equipment which is used on this project such as 6 units Bulldozer
type D 65 E; 5 units Vibration Rollers type SV 515 D; 4 units
Sheepfoot Rollers type SV 515 TF; 4 units Water Tank Trucks
Kap. 5000 L; 5 units Dump Truck 7 ton; 15 units Dump Truck 25
ton; and 7 units Dump Truck 30 ton. The rent cost of all those
heavy equipment in that project is amount Rp. 7.175.008.200,00
with total period is 123 days.
