Abstract
Dalam rangka menunjang kualitas bangunan dan pekerja, penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi (SMK3) dalam bentuk Rencana Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Kontrak (RK3K) diperlukan sebagai acuan K3 dalam pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi (SMK3 Konstruksi) merupakan bagian dari sistem manajemen organisasi dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi. SMK3 Konstruksi meliputi kebijakan K3, organisasi K3, perencanaan K3, dan biaya umum SMK3. Perencanaan K3 meliputi identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, pengendalian risiko, pemenuhan peraturan perundang-undangan, sasaran dan program K3, serta pengendalian operasional. Dalam Tugas Akhir Terapan ini, penulis merencanakan penerapan SMK3 pada pekerjaan erection girder Proyek Relokasi Jalan Tol Ruas Porong–Kejapanan menggunakan crawler crane. Pada tahap identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko yang merupakan bagian dari perencanaan K3, penulis menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan proses untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya yang dapat terjadi dalam aktivitas rutin maupun tidak rutin pada suatu perusahaan, kemudian melakukan penilaian terhadap risiko dari bahaya tersebut. Setelah seluruh perencanaan K3 selesai, dilakukan perhitungan biaya penyelenggaraan SMK3. Tugas Akhir Terapan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerjaan erection girder melalui metode identifikasi bahaya dan penyebab bahaya yang lebih teliti.

In order to support the quality of buildings and workers, the implementation of the Construction Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the form of a Contract Occupational Safety and Health Plan (RK3K) is required as a reference for occupational safety and health (OHS) practices during project implementation. The Construction Occupational Safety and Health Management System (Construction SMK3) is part of the organizational management system for implementing construction work and controlling risks in each construction activity. The Construction SMK3 includes OHS policy, OHS organization, OHS planning, and operational control. In this Applied Final Project, the author plans the implementation of the OHS management system for girder erection work on the Porong–Kejapanan Toll Road Relocation Project using a crawler crane. In the OHS planning stage, particularly in hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control, the author applies the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. HIRARC is a process of identifying hazards that may occur during routine and non-routine activities in a company, followed by assessing the risks associated with those hazards. This method enables the causes and potential impacts of hazards to be identified more thoroughly. After completing the OHS planning, the costs of implementing the Construction SMK3 are calculated. This Applied Final Project is expected to help construction service companies in Indonesia increase awareness of occupational safety and health in girder erection activities through more thorough identification of hazards and their causes.
