Abstract

Blood pressure monitor yang menggunakan metode
osilometri dengan sensor tekanan MPX5050GP telah berhasil
dibuat dan dikalibrasi. Metode osilometri adalah metode
pengukuran untuk menganalisa osilasi tekanan manset. Pada
penelitian ini, gelombang osilometri diukur oleh blood pressure
monitor yang telah dibuat menggunakan Arduino Uno, dimana
gelombang tersebut akan diproses sehingga didapatkan denyut
nadi, tekanan sistol dan diastol. Hasil denyut nadi, tekanan sistol
dan diastol akan ditampilkan dan disimpan pada laptop
menggunakan Visual C# 2010 Express. Blood pressure monitor
yang dibuat mampu mengukur tekanan darah pada rentang 40 –
260 mmHg dengan rasio tekanan sistol dan diastol masingmasing
0,48 dan 0,78. Sistem ini memiliki error rata-rata tekanan
sistol sebesar -4,38 mmHg (2,72%), sedangkan error rata-rata
tekanan diastol mencapai 0,10 mmHg (5,55%). Sementara itu,
denyut nadi pada sistem ini mempunyai error rata-rata sebesar
4,48 bpm (6,07%).

Blood pressure monitor using oscillometric method with
MPX5050GP pressure sensor has been successfully fabricated
and calibrated. Oscillometric method is measurement method to
observe cuff pressure oscillations. In this study, the oscillometric
waveform measured by fabricated blood pressure monitor used
Arduino Uno which processes pulse rate, systolic and diastolic
pressures. Measurement results of pulse rate, systolic and
diastolic pressures will be displayed and recorded on laptop
using Visual C# 2010 Express. Fabricated blood pressure
monitor capable of measuring pulse rate and blood pressure in
the range of 40 - 260 mmHg with ratio of systolic and diastolic
pressures were achieved 0,48 and 0,78, respectively. The system
has an average error of systolic pressure was -4,38 mmHg
(2,72%) whereas an average error of diastolic pressure was
achieved at 0,10 mmHg (5,55%). Meanwhile, pulse rate of the
system has an average error of 4,48 bpm (6,07%).
