Abstract

Bandar Udara Juanda adalah salah satu Bandar
Udara di Indonesia yang melayani penerbangan domestik dan
internasional. Kondisi saat ini, moda akses bandara didominasi
mobil pribadi dan taksi. Akibat dari kondisi saat ini, pada saat
jam puncak terjadi antrian di area drop zone dan ditambah
dengan kebutuhan parkir yang melebihi kapasitas parkir.
Karakteristik penggunaan moda ini penting diketahui untuk
mengetahui apakah bandara masih dapat melayani kebutuhan
fasilitas yang berkaitan dengan dominasi penggunaan moda.
Metode penyelesaian permasalahan yang digunakan adalah
dengan mengidentifikasi distribusi penggunaan moda,
mengevaluasi kinerja drop zone dan lahan parkir, menghitung
jumlah antrian dan demand parkir,dan mengitung kinerja drop
zone apabila diadakan transportasi masal. Langkah yang
dilakukan dalam evaluasi ini adalah mendata keluar masuknya
kendaraan yang parkir, kebutuhan penggunaan lahan parkir,
lama penggunaan area naik turunnya penumpang dan berapa
jumlah antrian yang terjadi akibat ketimpangan penggunaan
moda akses bandar udara Juanda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan
bahwa kendaraan pribadi mendominasi sebagai kendaraan yang
mengakses bandara sebesar 87,78% dan kendaraan umum
sebesar 12,23%. Mengenai kedatangan kendaraan, kendaraan
mencapai puncaknya pada pukul 09.00. Pada analisis

penggunaan area drop penumpang mengalami antrian kendaraan
sebesar 87,57% dan demand pada lahan parkir sebesar 60,37%.
Dari analisis tersebut dibuat usulan dasar penggunaan
transportasi masal dengan perubahan antrian yang terjadi pada
drop zone berkurang 12,42% dan demand parkir yang berkurang
39,62%.

Juanda Airport as one of airports in Indonesia has
served domestic and international flight. In the existing condition,
the airport access mode is dominated by cars and taxis. And it
caused a lot of queue in the drop zone area at the peak hour and
also needed some additional parking area which has overloaded
in capacity. This mode characteristic is important to know if the
airport is capable enough to serve the demand related with the
most mode used. The solving method of this problem is by
identifying the mode distribution, evaluating the drop zone and
parking area performance, counting the queue number and the
parking area demand, and counting the drop zone and parking
area performance if a mass transport is developed. The method
used in this final project is identifying the vehicles going in and
out the parking area, the parking area demand, the time duration
of dropping and picking the passengers in drop zone area and
how many queue happened because of the imbalance of Juanda
airport access mode. The result of those analysis, presents that
the car users dominated as vehicle to access the airport is about
87,78% and 12,23% of using public transport. For the arrival of
the vehicles, it reaches the peak at 9 am . In the analysis of the
use of drop zone area passangers were queuing vehicles by

analysis, a basic recommendation will be made for airport mass
transport by the dropzone queue reduce is about 12,42% and the
parking lot demand reduce is about 39,62%.
