Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebaran kadar O2 dan kadar DO di
wilayah Gili Iyang. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kadar O2 dan
kadar DO adalah metode elektrokimia. Parameter untuk menganalisis kadar O2
adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh untuk mengidentifikasi
nilai indeks vegetasi menggunakan algoritma Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI)
melalui citra satelit Landsat 8, dan melihat pengaruh hubungan ketinggian terhadap
kadar O2. Parameter untuk menganalisis kadar oksigen terlarut adalah dengan
mengidentifikasi sebaran klorofil-a yang terdapat di perairan Gili Iyang.
Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kadar O2 di Gili Iyang berkisar antara 20,3-21,5%
dengan kadar O2 rata-rata mencapai 20,9%. Hubungan antara parameter
menunjukkan korelasi yang rendah yaitu EVI dan O2 menghasilkan (R
2 = 0,2236).
Hubungan ketinggian dan O2 (R
2 = 0,0149). Sedangkan hubungan antara kadar DO
dan konsentrasi klorofil-a cukup baik (R
2 = 0,4785). Hal ini berarti bahwa lemahnya
korelasi antara EVI dan ketinggian tidak mempengaruhi kadar O2 di Gili Iyang. ========= The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of O2 content and DO in
the region of Gili Iyang. The method used was to analyze the content of O2 and DO
by using electro chemical method. The parameters to analyzed the content of O2
was to utilize remote sensing technology to identified the value of vegetation index
using an algorithm Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) through satellite imagery
Landsat 8, and looked at the relationship between the influence of elevation on the
level of O2. The parameters used to analyze the content of DO was to identified
distribution of chlorophyll-a in the waters of Gili Iyang.
The results of this study was to the content of O2 in Gili Iyang is very high, the
range from 20.3 to 21.5% with O2 content average of 20.9%. The relationship
between the parameters shows low correlation, EVI and O2 produced (R2 = 0.2236).
The relationship between elevation and O2 (R2 = 0.0149). While the relationship
between DO and concentration of chloropyll-a is not bad (R2 = 0,4785). It means
the low correlation between EVI and Elevation is not influenced content O2 in Gili
Iyang.
