Abstract

Produksi pupuk pada PT Petrokimia ini memerlukan steam yang dihasilkan oleh steam drum sebagai komponen pendukung proses produksi. Bahan baku utama produksi steam pada steam drum adalah air. Air umpan steam drum harus tidak mengandung O2 sehingga dihilangkan terlebih dahulu pada sistem Deaerator . Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini, akan dirancang kontrol level pada deaerator menggunakan fuzzy logic control. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem didapatkan bahwa menggunakan kontroler fuzzy menunjukan respon menuju set point dan menjaga tetap stabil Pada pengujian tracking set point naik dan turun, sistem dapat bergerak menuju set point. Pengendali PI pada plant deaerator 101 U masih konvensional sehingga dapat diatasi dengan kontrol modern logika fuzzy yang memiliki parameter kestabilan lebih baik yaitu maximum overshoot (MP) sebesar 0.83 % , settling time 71 detik ,error steady state (ess) sebesar 1.2% sedangkan PI kontrol maximum overshoot (MP) sebesar 16 % , settling time 384 detik error steady state (ess) sebesar 0.04% ============================================================================================== Fertilizer production at PT Petrokima requires steam by the steam drum as a supporting component of the production process. The main raw material production of steam in the steam drum is water. Feedwater steam drum should not be contain O2 so it will removed on Deaerator system. In this research, will be designed in the deaerator level control using fuzzy logic control. Based on test results showed that the test system using fuzzy controller shows the system's response towards the set point and keep steady , In the tracking set point test, the system can move towards the set point. In the comparison of fuzzy and PI response system, fuzzy controller respon’s is better than the PI controller with performance parameter’s , settling time 71 seconds ,error steady state (ess)of 1.2% and maximum overshoot (MP) of 0.83 % Therefore PI control with performance parameter’s maximum overshoot (MP) of 16 % , settling time 384 seconds error steady state (ess) of 0.04%
