Until now, the problem of poverty is one of many phenomena
which a complex problem that is a concern for immediate handling.
Strategies that have been taken by the government to tackle poverty has
been done including such as helping of programs 1 and helping of
program 2. Althought poverty alleviation programs continue to be
improved, but the assistance provided is still not able to reduce poverty.
Because of it, to assist implementation of the assistance program used
SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) for modelling analysis models help
poor households based on indicators of health, economic, and
tablespoons in the district of Jombang. Data used are 306 villages in
Jombang district in 2010. The results showed that poor households are
more dominant in Jombang district choose 2 courses help. Testing in CFA
(Confirmatory Factor Analysis), health variables are significant
indicator 8 of 9 indicator. Whereas, economic variables are significant
indicator 6 of 8 indicator. The subsequent analysis, a significant indicator
used and each variable has been reliable. For SEM testing showed that
health and human resources significant effect on aid. If more specific
testing showed that the human resources and significant effect on the
health of assistance 1. And the final model showed that the human and
significant effect on the health of assistance 2.
