Abstract

PT.PETROKIMIA Gresik mengoperasikan Gas Turbine Generator (GTG Plant-I) 1x33 MW, Steam Turbine Generator (STG Plant-III) 1x11.5 MW dan 1x8.5 MW serta Daya dari PLN dengan kontrak 20 MVA. Pada tahun 2010 Petrokimia akan meningkatkan keandalan dengan menambahkan satu unit pembangkit Steam Turbine Generator (STG KEBB Plant) sebesar 1x32 MW. Untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan spining reserve, Unit-unit pembangkit tersebut akan diintegrasikan langsung ke sistem tegangan 20 KV. Dengan kondisi normal 4 unit beroperasi. Kapasitas total beban listrik yang dipergunakan adalah 53,7 MW.Pada tugas akhir ini difokuskan pada Analisis Stabilitas transien yang meliputi Kestabilan tegangan dan kestabilan frekuensi , serta pelepasan beban (load shedding) saat terjadi gangguan generator lepas / trip . Pelepasan beban secara otomatis dengan menggunakan Relay Frekuensi dapat mencegah penurunan frekuensi dan mengembalikan ke kondisi frekuensi yang normal .Kasus ini akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan bantuan software ETAP 12.6 Power station . Dari jenis gangguan penyebab stabilitas transien yang hanya dianalisa pada tugas akhir ini di fokuskan saat terjadi gangguan generator lepas/trip yang memerlukan pelepasan beban (load shedding ) sebesar 17.2 MW untuk mengembalikan respon frekuensi dan tegangan agar sistem berada dalam kondisi stabil . ================================================================================================= PT.PETROKIMIA Gresik Gas Turbines operate Generator ( GTG Plant - I) 1x33 MW Steam Turbine Generator ( STG Plant - III ) 1x11.5 MW and 1x8.5 MW And Power Of Contract with PLN 20 MVA . On Year 2010 ,PT.PETROKIMIA will increase reliability by adding one Steam Turbine Generating Unit Generator ( STG KEBB Plant ) of 1x32 MW . To improve the reliability and spining reserve , units of the power plant will be integrated directly into the system voltage 20 KV . The four units are operating under normal conditions . Total capacity of the electrical load used is 53.7 MW. This it’s focused on transient stability analysis covering the voltage stability and frequency stability , as well as the release of the load ( load shedding ) in the event of disturbance generator off / trip . to release the load shedding by automatically using Frequency Relay can prevent a decrease in the frequency and return to the normal frequency conditions . This case will be analyzed with the help of software ETAP Power station 12.6 . From the type of disorder causes only transient stability analysis in this final in the event of disruption generator focused freelance / trip that requires the release of the load ( load shedding ) of 17.2 MW to restore the frequency response and voltage for the system to be in stable condition .
