Abstract

Untuk memajukan sarana akomodasi sebagai penunjang
kepariwisataan di lingkungan Kota Sampang Madura, yang
memiliki obyek wisata yang cukup banyak dan beragam, maka
pemerintah kota bekerjasama dengan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah
(BUMD), untuk membangun Gedung Hotel PKPRI Trunojoyo di
Kota Sampang. Dalam perencanaan gedung bertingkat terdapat
kecenderungan untuk melakukan penghematan, agar memperoleh
keuntungan yang maksimal. Penghematan boleh dilakukan
asalkan tidak mengurangi unsur kekuatan gedung tersebut. Salah
satu alternatif pemecahannya adalah dengan membuat struktur
Flat Slab. Didalam tugas akhir ini menganalisa modifikasi
gedung menggunakan struktur Flat Slab dengan Sistem Rangka
Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) sesuai SNI 03-1726-2012.
Gedung ini dirancang dengan analisa gempa respon
spektrum dengan Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) “D” dan Faktor
Distribusi R sebesar 8, untuk mengontrol stabilitas struktur dan
mendapatkan dimensi struktur Flat Slab. Hasil perencanaan
diperoleh dimensi struktur pelat lantai 200 mm, dimensi pelat
atap 150 mm, Drop Panel 120 mm ,kolom eksterior dan interior
700 mm, dan struktur bawah menggunakan tiang pancang
diameter 500 mm.

Accommodation for supporting facilities to promote
tourism in the city, Madura Sampang an object which has a
variety of tourist destinations, and quite a lot the city government
together with local enterprises (BUMD), to build buildings
PKPRI Trunojoyo Sampang hotel in the city. In planning highrise
buildings there is a tendency to do the saving, so as to obtain
maximum profit .Thrift to do as long as it does not reduce
element the the building strength .One alternative for solving is to
make structures flat slab. In the last of these duty analyzes
modification use structures building flat a slab with Special
Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) according SNI 03-
1726-2012.
The building was designed with a spectrum analysis
earthquake response with two categories of seismic design (KDS)
were “D” and Distribution factor (R) were 8, to get control
structures and stability of structures flat slab. The results obtained
dimensions of planning the structure of the floor plates 200 mm ,
the dimensions of a plate of the roof of 150 mm , drop the panel
of 120 mm , a column of the exterior and interior 700 mm , and
the structure of the bottom of the use of piles mm. the diameter of
500 mm.
