Abstract

Sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum terbesar di Indonesia, PT. A menyadari bahwa air bersih terutama air untuk minum sangatlah diperlukan. Proses produksi air minum di PT. A masih banyak mengalami kendala. Kendala yang dikenal dengan istilah downtime pada PT. A terdiri dari 4 jenis yakni downtime operasi, downtime proses, downtime teknikal, dan downtime material yang berpengaruh pada Operation Efficiency (OE). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari downtime terhadap Operation Efficiency (OE) dilakukan pemodelan menggunakan tiga metode yakni regresi non-linier, SVR, dan SVR-GA. Model terbaik untuk setiap metode dibandingkan dan diperoleh hasil bahwa SVR-GA memberikan kinerja terbaik karena menghaslkan nilai R2 dan MSE minimum. =============================================================================================== As one of the companies that produce the largest drinking water in Indonesia, PT. A realized that clean water, especially water for drinking is required. Drinking water production process at PT. A still many obstacles. Constraints are known as downtime at PT. A consists of four types namely operating downtime, downtime process, technical downtime, and downtime material effect on the Operation Efficiency (OE). To determine the effect of downtime on the Operation Efficiency (OE) is done using three methods of modeling the non-linear regression, SVR, and SVRGA. The best model for each method were compared and showed that the SVR-GA provides the best performance since menghaslkan minimum value of R2 and MSE..
