Abstract

Pondasi mesin berfungsi sebagai penahan dan penyalur gaya berupa beban statis dan beban dinamis yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin yang ditopangnya tanpa menimbulkan kerusakan/gangguan pada bangunan di sekitarnya dan orang-orang yang berkerja di sekitarnya serta tidak mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Dalam perencanaannya harus memperhatikan amplitudo getaran mesin pada frekuensi kerjanya, disamping frekuensi natural system tanah-pondasi tersebut. Sehingga dapat diketahui apakah ada kemungkinan terjadi resonansi getaran pada sistem tersebut dan juga respon yang terjadi baik pada struktur pondasi maupun pada tanah dasar.
Untuk perencanaan pondasi mesin compressor yang berlokasi di CNG MARINE Gresik–Jawa, tugas akhir ini akan memberikan beberapa alternatif pondasi yang mampu menahan beban dinamis dan beban statis, dan diselesaikan dengan cara Lumped Parameter System. Perencanaan pondasi berupa pondasi tiang ukuran 20 cm x 20 cm dengan 1, 2 dan 4 kelompok mesin compressor.

Machine foundation serves to forward and distribute the loads in the form of static load and dynamic loads generated by the engine that supports without causing damage/disruption in the surrounding buildings and the people who work in the vicinity without significant consolidation. To design a machine foundation, we should pay attention to the amplitude of vibration on the operating frequency, in addition to the natural frequency of the soil-foundation system. So it can be known whether there is the possibility of resonance vibrations in the system and also the response that occurs in both the foundation structure and the subgrade.
For the design of mechine foundation which is located on CNG MARINE Gresik – East Java, this final project will provide several alternatives of foundation which are able to withstand the dynamic load and static load, and solved by “Lumped Parameter System” methode. The alternatives for the machine fondation are foundation for 1, 2 and 4 machine group using piles sized 20 cm x 20 cm.
