Abstract

Dalam setiap proyek konstruksi, Manajemen Pelaksanaan
dan Konstruksi mencakup proses yang diperlukan untuk
memastikan proyek selesai sesuai dengan target dan waktu yang
ditentukan. Pada tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan analisa proyek
pembuatan Long Storage Muara Tukad Mati Badung, Bali terdiri
atas dua bahan, yaitu bahan beton panel dan CCSP (Concrete
Sheet Pile).
Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi
proyek yang terdiri dari teknik pengumpulan data, sumber data,
analisa data, teknik pelaksanaan dan rancangan tugas akhir.
Setelah data yang diperlukan terkumpul kemudian dihitung
produktifitas dan kebutuhan alat berat berdasarkan kapasitas dan
volume, kemudian menghitung total tenaga kerja dalam proyek
tersebut. Waktu pengerjaan proyek ini selama 102 hari dan total
biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 68.627.904.229,71,-
Dari perencanaan time schedule menggunakan Kurva S
dan Network Planning yang menunjukkan semua item pekerjaan
kegiatan berisi waktu pengerjaan dan resource sheet (tampilan
tenaga kerja) sesuai dengan rancangan yang diinginkan.

Every construction project, Management of Planning and
Construction includes process that required in order to make the
project completes accordance with the target and the set time. In
this final project will analyse the construction project of Long
Storage Tukad Mati’s estuary at Badung - Bali that have two
materials, materials of concrete panel and CCSP (Concrete Sheet
Pile).
The method of analysis the data used was a description of
analytical consisting of location and timing research, data
sources, technique data collection, data analysis, implementation
aspects and design duty the end. Once the necessary data is
collected, then productivity and heavy equipment will be
calculated depend on the capacity and volume. Then all human
resources will be calculated on this project. The necessary work
time is 102 days and the total costs incurred amount Rp
68.627.904.229,71,-
According to the project, planning a time schedule use S
Curve and Network Planning, that show all the items include
planning items, time scheduling and resource sheet that has been
wanted.
