Abstract

System (ANFIS). Data yang digunakan adalah hasil pengukuran
oleh Stasiun Meteorologi Maritim II Perak. Data dibagi menjadi
dua yaitu untuk proses training dan testing. Hasil dari proses
testing didapatkan prosentase keakuratan maksimum sebesar
85.4% dan minimum 67.8% untuk curah hujan, 100% dan 82%
untuk tinggi gelombang, dan 96% dan 34% untuk kecepatan
angin.
Prosentase
keakuratan predictor curah hujan 100% dan RMSE 0.002,
prosentase keakuratan predictor kecepatan angin 70.47% dan
RMSE 1.14 dan prosentase keakuratan predictor tinggi gelombang
100% dan RMSE 0.0011.

The weather is a factor that is very influential for human life.
Therefore, the ability to predict the weather will greatly assist
people in their daily activities. One of the livelihoods that depend
heavily on the weather conditions were fishermen. To increase the
safety factor of fishermen a maritime weather predictor is made
trough this research to predict rainfall, wave height and wind
speed. The method used is Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference
System (ANFIS). Data obtained from measurement data by the
Maritime Meteorology Station II Perak. Data then devided into
two set, first is used for training process and second is for testing.
From testing process obtained maximum accuracy optained by
percentage of 85.4% and 67.8% for a minimum of rainfall, 100%
and 82% for wave height, and 96% and 34% for wind speed. For
another step of validation the ANFIS predictor also tested in real
time simulation using Prototype BUOY Weather Type II
measurement data as input. Obtained accuracy of rainfall
predictor is 100% dan RMSE 0.002, accuracy of windspeed
predictor is 70.47% dan RMSE 1.14 dan and wave height
predictor is 100% dan RMSE 0.0011.
