Abstract
Pada proses produksi percetakan, ukuran-ukuran kinerja
pada sistem pemrosesan seperti ekspektasi waktu yang
dibutuhkan gulungan kertas dalam sistem, ekspektasi waktu
gulungan kertas dalam antrian pemrosesan, banyak gulungan
kertas dalam antrian dan banyak gulungan kertas dalam sistem
perlu diperhatikan, karena ukuran-ukuran kinerja
merepresentasikan suatu pola sistem produksi percetakan yang
berjalan dan berpengaruh pada biaya yang dikeluarkan
perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses produksi. Dalam penelitian
ini digunakan model antrian (GI/G/s);(FIFO/I/I) untuk
menentukan ukuran-ukuran kinerja pada sistem pemrosesan
gulungan kertas dan analisis trade-off untuk menentukan jumlah
server yang optimal sehingga tercapai minimum total cost untuk
setiap jam pemrosesan. Dari hasil analitik diperoleh ekspektasi
waktu tunggu gulungan kertas dalam antrian pada kisaran 14
sampai 763 detik. Ekspektasi waktu tunggu gulungan kertas
dalam sistem pada kisaran 2744 sampai 4388 detik. Ekspektasi
banyak gulungan kertas dalam antrian 0, 888 gulungan kertas per
jam. Ekspektasi banyak gulungan kertas dalam sistem pada
kisaran 1,651 sampai 4,427 gulungan kertas per jam. Minimum
total cost terkecil sebesar Rp 1.355.291,00 dengan penggunaan
lima server dan minimum total cost terbesar sebesar Rp
2.545.014,00 dengan penggunaan sembilan server. ============= In the printing production process, performance measures on
processing systems such as expectations of the time it takes a roll
of paper in the system, expectations of a roll of paper in the
processing queue, lots of rolls of paper in the queue and many
rolls of paper in the system need to be considered, because the
performance measures represent a pattern of printing production
system running and the effect on the cost incurred by the company
in carrying out the production process. This study used queue
model (GI/G/s);(FIFO/I/I) to determine the performance
measures on a roll of paper processing systems and trade-off
analysis to determine the optimal number of servers in order to
reach the minimum total cost for each hours of processing. From
the analytical results obtained by expectations of a roll of paper
waiting time in the queue in the range of 14 to 763 seconds.
Expectations paper rolls waiting time in the system in the range
of 2744 to 4388 seconds. Expectations of many rolls of paper in
the queue 0.888 rolls of paper per hour. Expectations of many
rolls of paper in the system in the range of 1.651 to 4.427 rolls of
paper per hour. Minimum smallest total cost of Rp 1,355,291.00
with the use of five servers and a minimum total cost of Rp
2,545,014.00 with the use of nine servers.
