Abstract

Untuk mendapatkan hasil kompos yang terbaik dan untuk
mempercepat proses pengomposan, EM4 serta molase harus
dicampurkan dengan takaran tertentu. Untuk mempermudah
penakaran EM4, molase, dan air maka dibuat sistem pengendalian
level bakteri katalisator untuk pembuatan pupuk kompos dengan
menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno . Dimana setiap
cairan (EM4, molase, dan air) berada pada setpoint yang terbaca
oleh sensor HC-SR04 akan memberikan perintah membuka
ataupun menutup pada aktuator solenoid valve. Dari data
pengujian didapatkan nilai ketidakpastian pengukuran sebesar
0,063, ketidakpastian regresi sebesar 0,323, ketidakpastian
resolusi sebesr 0,289, ketidakpastian cakupan sebesar 0,345, dan
ketidakpastian diperluas sebesar 0,589. Sehingga didapat nilai
akurasi sensor sebesar 99,6%. Respon sistem dari pengendalian
level dengan set point 1cm yaitu rise time 0-3 detik dan setling
time 3 detik, set point 3cm rise time 0-16 detik dan setling time
19 detik, set point 4cm rise time 0-23 detik dan setling time 29
detik, set point 6cm rise time 0-41 detik dan setling time 41 detik.

To get the result compost the best and to accelerate the
process pengomposan , em4 and molasses have to get mixed with
certain correct balance .To make it easy for penakaran em4 ,
molasses , and water then made a control system the level of
bacteria catalyst for the manufacture of fertilizers compost with
using mikrokontroller arduino uno .Which determines that a
liquid ( em4 , molasses , and water is located on setpoint being
illegible by the censors hc-sr04 will give a command opening or
closing in on a solenoid valve actuator .From the data was
obtained the value of testing uncertainty 0,063 the measurement
of as much as , uncertainty regression 0,323 as much as ,
uncertainty sebesr 0,289 resolution , uncertainty 0,345 the scope
of as much as , and the uncertainty of 0,589 expanded .Until they
reached the value of the accuracy of sensor 99.6 % .Response
system of the level of control with set point 1cm namely rise time
3-0 defeat seconds and setling time in three seconds , 3cm set
point rise time 0-16 seconds and setling time 19 seconds , set
point 4cm rise time 0-23 and setling time 29 seconds, set point
6cm rise time 0-41 seconds and setling time 41 seconds.
