Abstract

Sejak beroperasinya BPJS Kesehatan pada tanggal 1
Januari 2014, perlahan banyak masyarakat yang menyadari
manfaatnya. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki
seperti antrian panjang pendaftaran BPJS Kesehatan.
pelayanan.
Dari hasil analisis, rata-rata waktu kedatangan peserta
BPJS sekitar 2,5 sampai 5 menit sedangkan rata-rata waktu
pelayanannya sekitar 7 sampai 11 menit.

Since BPJS Kesehatan operated on January 1, 2014,
many people in society are slowly realizing the benefits of it.
However, some things still need to be fixed, such as long queues
in BPJS Kesehatan registration.
In this final project is discussed the number of service
counters, waiting time calculation participants BPJS
Kesehatan, and the total cost which is spent by BPJS
Kesehatan. Data used in this final project are inter-arrival time
and service time.
Based on the analysis result, the average time of
participants arrival is about 2.5 until 5 minutes, while the
average time of the service is about 7 until 11 minutes. The
number of participants waiting, waiting time and the total costs
incurred BPJS Kesehatan using a 5-server queuing system is
more efficient than using 4-server or 6-server, because the
queue using the 5-server queuing system is less than the 4-
server or 6-serverqueuing system and there is no wasting fund
to waste as the server is idle.
