Abstract

Pada sistem pengendalian temperature merupakan suatu rancangan sistem yang mampu mengendalikan temperature reservoir pada miniplant greenhouse hidroponik khususnya pada temperature reservoir tangki larutan nutrisi. Plan pengendalian temperature reservoir ini menggunakan sistem pengendalian bermode on-off dan menggunakan LM35 sebagai sensor suhu, microcontroller sebagai controller, LCD berfungsi untuk menampilkan data dan aktuator yaitu fan. Cara kerja dari plan pengendalian ini yaitu sensor LM35 akan mendeteksi perubahan suhu pada tangki larutan nutrisi temperature reservoir yang kemudian diolah oleh microcontroller arduino mega 2560 sehingga perubahan suhu dapat ditampilkan melalui LCD. Pada tangki larutan nutrisi temperature reservoir dilakukan pengujian untuk nilai temperature yang sesuai, kemudian ditentukan nilai set point yang sesuai yaitu 33°C. pada hasil pengujian dapat terlihat bahwa nilai temperature bergantung pada jam pengambilan, pada pukul 24.00 sampai 06.00 nilai tangki temperature reservoir rendah yaitu antara 25°C sampai 27°C, sedangkan pada pukul 07.00 sampai 17.00 nilai tangki temperature 27°C sampai 29°C. untuk perhitungan akurasi sistem, didapatkan bahwa sistem pengendalian temperature reservoir pada tangki larutan nutrisi mempunyai akurasi sebesar 98%. ========== The temperature control system is a system than can control the temperatur reservoir in miniplant greenhouse hydroponic expecially in nutrient solution tank reservoir. The temperature control system are used on-off control mode with LM35 as temperature sensor, microcontroller as controller,LCD as displayed of data,and used actuator of fan. . The work principle of the control plant is beginning from temperature sensor. The temperature is change of tank reservoir nutrient solution and would detected by LM35 temperature sensor. Then,the information that getting by this sensor will be processed by micocontroller. The last, the display of temperature is change is appearance in LCD. At the nutrient solution tank reservoir temperature testing temperature corresponding to the value, and then determined the appropriate set point value is 33 ° C. on the test results can be seen that the temperature values depend, at 24.00 until 06:00 grades lower reservoir tank temperature is between 25 ° C to 27 ° C, while at 07.00 to 17.00 grades tank temperature of 27 ° C to 29 ° C. for the calculation accuracy of the system, it was found that the temperature control system in the reservoir tank nutrient solution has an accuracy of 98%.
