Abstract

Analisis perilaku gerak struktur jacket fixed platform yang dilakukan pada struktur
Bekapai BQ Platform didasari oleh adanya isu ketidaknyamanan para personil yang
bekerja di atasnya. Anomali pergerakan sway yang berlebih pada struktur ini diduga
diakibatkan oleh penambahan beban operasional baru berupa water tank seberat
41.202 ton pada cellar deck. Analisis perilaku gerak struktur yang akan ditinjau
adalah perubahan nilai periode natural dan defleksi pada top side setelah penambahan
beban operasional. Analisis ini dilakukan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan perencanaan
mitigasi untuk mengurangi gerakan struktur yang berlebihan. Respon gerak defleksi
struktur didapatkan dari nilai stokastik oleh beban gelombang acak menggunakan
respon spektra, berupa nilai signifikan respon gerak struktur oleh 8 arah pembebanan
gelombang. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan adanya perubahan nilai periode
natural dari 1.819 detik menjadi 1.896 detik. Untuk perubahan defleksi struktur,
dampak perubahan yang paling signifikan terjadi oleh arah pembebanan gelombang 00
(dari 0.7 cm menjadi 8 cm) dan 1800 (dari 1.7 cm menjadi 2.2 cm). Bisa disimpulkan
bahwa penambahan beban operasional ini memang benar menambah respon gerak
struktur yang berakibat berkurangnya kenyamanan personil. Mitigasi yang
direkomendasikan adalah dengan menambah kekakuan struktur berupa konfigurasi
penegar baru untuk mereduksi nilai defleksi.

Analysis of motion responses of structure will be performed on Bekapai BQ
Platform structure based on discomfort issues from personnel who lived on this
platform. Sway motion increase anomaly of this platform is assumed due to effect of a
new additional operational load, a fresh water tank with 41.202 ton weight on cellar
deck. Analysis of structure motion responses that will be performed are analysis of
natural period and deflection increase on top side elevation by additional operational
load. This analysis will be used for evaluation and mitigation planning purpose for
reducing the motion responses. Deflection values of this structure are from stochastic
value due to irregular wave by using spectra response method, will be shown with
significant values of motion responses by eight direction of wave load. The result of
this analysis are shown with increase of structure natural period, until 4.233% from
natural period before an additional operational load was added. The deflection of the
structure for significant responses occur by 00 and 1800 wave load direction, up to
22.727% and 91.25% from structure before an additional operational load was added.
It can be concluded that because of new additional operational load there are increase
of motion responses which made discomfort of personnel who lived on this platform.
Recommended mitigation is to increase the rigidity of the structure in the form of a
new stiffener configuration to reduce the value of deflection.
