Abstract

Pada miniplant boiler di workshop Instrumentasi,
proses pembentukan steam dilakukan dengan menggunakan
proses pertukaran panas yang berasal dari pembakaran yang
berasal dari burner. Pada proses pembakaran pada burner.
sistem pengendalian yang digunakan pada proses ini yaitu
rasio kontrol untuk aliran udara dan bahan bakar pada burner
diharapkan tetap pada nilai rasio stokiometrik sesuai design.
Pada tugas akhir ini telah dilakukan pemilihan gas burner
sesuai dengan spesifikasi kerja miniplant boiler, yaitu gas
burner dari pabrikan Riello dengan tipe RS 34/E MZ. Juga
telah dirancang rasio kontrol pada burner dengan simulasi
software HYSYS, dengan nilai AFR operasional sebesar 21.49
dihasilkan temperatur api adiabatis keluaran gas burner
sebesar 1755oC. Pada pengendalian laju masa bahan bakar
didapatkan nilai parameter dinamik antara lain rise time (Tr) =
7.03 s, settling time (Ts) = 31.52 s, peak time (Tp) = 20 s, dan
maksimum overshoot (Mp) = 10.49 %. dan pada pengendalian
laju massa udara didapatkan nilai parameter dinamik antara
lain : rise time (Tr) = 7.78 s, settling time (Ts) = 54.28 s, peak
time (Tp) = 24 s, dan maksimum overshoot (Mp) = 1.08 %

In miniplant boiler in workshop instrumentation,
process steam formation is done by using the heat exchange
process of combustion from the burner. In the combustion
process in the burner control system that is used in this
process is to control the ratio of air and fuel flow to the burner
is expected to remain at a value stoichiometric ratio according
to design. In this final project has been the election of a gas
burner according to job specifications mini plant boiler, a gas
burner of the manufacturer Riello with type RS 34 / E MZ. It
has also been designed ratio at the burner control with the
simulation software Hysys. with operational AFR 21.49
adiabatic flame temperature burner gas output amounted to
1755oC. At the fuel mass flow rate dynamic parameter values
obtained are: rise time (Tr) = 7.03 s, settling time (Ts) = 31.52
s, peak time (Tp) = 20 s, and the maximum overshoot (Mp) =
10:49%. and the rate control air mass dynamic parameter
values obtained are: the rise time (Tr) = 7.78 s, settling time
(Ts) = 54.28 s, peak time (Tp) = 24 s, and the maximum
overshoot (Mp) = 1.08%
