Abstract

PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Gedangan merupakan
perusahaan yang menduduki peringkat kedua dalam penguasaan
pangsa pasar pakan ternak di Indonesia, namun pengendalian kualitas
hanya dilihat secara deskriptif dimana hal tersebut tidak selalu
menunjukkan kebaikan suatu proses. Hasil produksi pada bulan Mei
hingga Oktober 2015 sebanyak 7,21 persen pakan ternak tipe G 11 S
Crumble tidak memenuhi spesifikasi perusahaan disebabkan oleh
adanya over atau under weight yang sering diabaikan oleh operator,
sehingga karakteristik kualitas yaitu kandungan calcium (Ca) dan
protein keluar dari batas spesifikasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan
pengendalian kualitas secara statistik untuk mengetahui kebaikan
proses secara menyeluruh yang dapat diukur dari kapabilitas poses.
Pada penelitian ini digunakan diagram kendali Multivariate
Exponentially Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) untuk mendeteksi
perubahan variabilitas proses dan Multivariate Exponentially Weighted
Moving Average (MEWMA) untuk mendeteksi perubahan rata-rata
proses.Hasil pengendalian menggunakan diagram kendali MEWMV
didapatkan nilai pembobot yang paling optimal untuk ω sebesar 0,3 dan
λ sebesar 0,4 sedangkan pembobot optimal diagram kendali MEWMA
adalah 0,4. Baik pada fase satu maupun fase dua, variabilitas terkendali
secara statistik sedangkan rata-rata proses tidak terkendali secara
statistik karena ada data yang out of control. Kapabilitas proses
menggunakan MPp dan MPpk menunjukkan proses tidak kapabel baik
pada fase satu maupun fase dua. Nilai MPp fase satu bernilai 0,795 dan
MPpk sebesar 0,73 sedangkan MPp fase dua bernilai 0,91 dan MPpk
sebesar 0,63.

PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Gedangan is a second
rank company in forage market in Indonesia. However, the
quality control is only seen by descriptive where it does not
always show the goodness process. On May to October 2015 has
been found 7.21% forage type G 11 S Crumble which did not
qualify the specifications of the company. In fact, the over or
under weight that is often overlooked by the operator causes the
characteristics quality of calcium (Ca) and protein correlated out
of specification limits. Therefore, it is necessary to control the
quality of the statistical basis to determine the overall good of the
process that can be measured from the capability process. In this
study used Multivariate Control Charts Exponentially Weighted
Moving Variance (MEWMV) to detect changes in process
variability and Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving
Average (MEWMA) to detect changes in the process average. The
results by using the control chart MEWMV, weighting value
obtained the most optimal for ω and λ respectively by 0.3 and 0.4
while the optimal weighting MEWMA control chart is 0.4. Both
the phase one and phase two, the variability are incontrolled
statistically and average processes are uncontrolled statistically
because of the data is out of control. Process capability are using
MPp and MPPK show that the process is not capable for each
values, because its smaller than one in the phase one and phase
two. The value of MPp and MPpk for phase one are 0,795 and
0,73, whereas for phase two are 0,91 and 0,63
